Eat: JD Cafe, Iloilo

There’s nothing that makes me happier that finding good food for a really really good price. And this I have found in JD Cafe, Iloilo.

Drink: Dakasi Milk Tea

Seriously, you have to try Dakasi to understand why it’s worth every peso and why I keep bugging everyone (even an ex-flame) to treat me with a cup.

Eat: Cookies by the Bucket

Yup, the cookies were so good that I had to cheat on my month-long diet. I didn’t even want to share.

Eat: Amici

I have tried various Italian places in the metro but nothing has made my mouth water and my tummy crave than Amici’s Linguine al Prosciutto e Tartufo.

Eat: Rustic Mornings

Once you give it a try, you’ll understand why people travel all the way to an off the beaten path resto in Marikina for a peaceful and pleasant ‘breakfast’ experience.

Eat: Recovery Food

There’s nothing that cannot you cannot recover from when you dine at Recovery Food. Well fine, that might be too much of a statement to make. I can’t help it ’cause for all the times that I’ve dined at RF, I felt better upon walking out than I did walking in.

Eat: Krung Thai

Alas, my city (Marikina represent!) is blessed to have a restaurant that’s the most Thai among all the Thai places I’ve tried in the metro (Jatujak, Soi, etcetera).

Eat: 7-11 Ham and Cheese, Egg French Toast

It is kinda weird to crave for something sold by 7-11, but that’s my general feeling about this Ham and Cheese, Egg French Toast that I bought from the Busan Airport in Korea.
