Doctors and risk management at PeaceHealth St. Joseph’s Catholic Hospital in Bellingham, Washington murdered my wife by forcing her to sign a medical directive authorizing a false DNR, according to an eyewitness affidative. They never though it would be discovered, or that they’d be implicated in criminal and civil rights violations for manipulating  the Death with Dignity and Natural Death Acts. However, the eyewitness to the crime reported she witnessed a PeaceHealth risk management employee force my wife, who was drugged and incompetent, to sign the illegal medical directive authorizing two doctors to issue the illegal DNR order, which killed her. They used a second and third witness, one was a notary republic who had to know it was illegal to have a hospital employee witness any directive dealing in life or death decisions and obviously being made without informed consent and that witnessing a unrecognizable signature when a patient is incompetent are serious crimes punishable up to and including murder.
