Now my Estuary English is not quite up to snuff ..
are Lady Coppers called Robertas?

Good Question? Hmm..
you can't be too careful nowadays, y'know? Lot of "tea leaves" about, know what I mean?

The chubby rozzer on the left couldn't catch me even if I had a real bad case of the two-bob bits! I'd have to vote for the big Birminghams then wouldn't I
(sniff)
Wouldn’t mind getting me germans on her faintings!

Bloody 'ell!
Me John Major’s just gone off

Hmm...doesn't Mr. Scurra live in Hampshire? I suspect this is his getaway vehicle when he needs to beat a hasty retreat from State functions.

Isn't that Himself on the left?

HE as usual I have no idea what you are talking about but I hope you noticed the strategic placing of the picture on the bus so that the exhaust was placed exactly so!

D - I think he probably oversaw the placing to ensure maximum effect.

WW - Himself is much better endowed than that!

When the Times featured this picture about a month ago, they said the police were re-doing it, so that the exhaust didn't appear there. It took the New Quiz another three weeks to catch up with that piece of 'news', so it's no surprise that it's only just reaching the eyes of your colonial visitors.

'Evenin all', Now I'm so old I can remember when cops were like that. Sort of fat and friendly, and all in the masons - oh, they still are aren't they?
