How to prevent coronavirus😷😷

At present, the epidemic of the Corona virus (Covid-19) has caused a panic all over the world. This harmful virus is growing very fast. So it is important to be aware of this. Our awareness and appropriate action can save the country and the world from this dire situation. Therefore, it is necessary to take preventive measures quickly and at the same time, everyone should take steps to make it aware. Everyone should come forward to prevent the coronary virus because it is impossible to prevent it individually.

To prevent the Corona virus, we must adhere to the following;

• Hand wash with soap (more alkaline) for at least 20 seconds.

• Use of life-threatening items before using consumables and furniture (especially mobile phones and money). Disinfectants need to be collected from the market or can be made at home. To make the disinfectant, the mixture should be mixed with 5 tablespoons bleaching powder or vinegar (acetic acid) for 5 minutes in 20 liters of water. Then the bottom of the accumulated sediment should be used as a disinfectant. This mixture has to be sprayed on the whole body and all the consumables. Again, mix 1 spoon bleaching powder in 4 liters of water and leave it for 5 minutes. Then, the bottom of the accumulated sediment should be used as a disinfectant to disperse the above transparent mixture (for spraying around the house, car, drain, floor, etc.).

• Soft skin such as eyes, nose and lips cannot be touched with impure hands.

• Use of tissue / arm / cloth during sneezing or coughing.

• When cooking eggs, fish-meat should be cooked for sufficient time. It should be noted that these must be cooked.

• Eat healthy foods to stay healthy and strong. Drink lots of fruits and water enough and frequently that the throat will never dry up. Thoroughly wash before eating or cooking anything.

• Avoid contact with sick animals.

• Cannot be handshake with anyone. You can just raise your hand if needed.

• The house should be kept clean and disinfected with disinfectant, and then use it.

• Can’t go out without much need. When you go out, you should read masks and hand gloves on your face.

• If someone gives you a mask in an empty hand, please never accept it. Do not hand along the middle of the mask while reading the mask. Take the hard sheet that has a long sheet of steel on the top of the mask along the nose and read the mask.

• Distance of at least 1 meters (3 feet) must be maintained when meeting or talking to everyone. It’s good to be digitally connected with everyone. Keep up the social distancing.

• Avoid contact with the expatriate or someone already infected.

• Anyone from outside the house should actually be sterilized immediately with life-threatening drugs.

• The door windows should be closed before exiting. The window should be open for an hour in the morning. In it enough fresh air and sunlight will enter the room.

• Avoid buses, trains or mass transit.

• Be cautious in essential travels.

It is possible to be safe without the slightest alarm without fear of the Corona virus. Be aware and make everyone aware of this warning.

How to prevent corona virus (কিভাবে করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধ করতে হবে)

বর্তমানে করোনা ভাইরাসের (কোভিড-১৯) মহামারী ভয়াবহতা পুরো বিশ্ব জুড়ে এক আতঙ্কের সৃষ্টি করেছে । এই ক্ষতিকর ভাইরাসটি খুব দ্রুত বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে । তাই এ সম্পর্কে সচেতন হওয়া অত্যন্ত জরুরী । আমাদের সচেতনতা ও যথাযথ পদক্ষেপই দেশ ও বিশ্বকে এই ভয়াবহ অবস্থা থেকে মুক্তি দিতে পারে । তাই দ্রুত এর প্রতিরোধমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে এবং সেই সঙ্গে সবাইকে এ বিষয়ে অবগতির জন্য কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ করতে হবে । করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধে সকলকে এগিয়ে আসতে হবে কেননা এটা এককভাবে প্রতিরোধ করা অসম্ভব ।

করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধে আমাদের নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়গুলো মেনে চলতে হবে;

• ঘন ঘন সাবান (অধিক ক্ষারীয়) দিয়ে কমপক্ষে ২০ সেকেন্ড যাবৎ হাত ধৌত করতে হবে ।

• ব্যবহার্য জিনিসপত্র ও আসবাবপত্র (বিশেষ করে মোবাইল ফোন ও টাকা) ব্যবহারের আগে জীবানু নাশক ব্যবহার করতে হবে । জীবাণুনাশক বাজার থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে অথবা বাড়িতে তৈরী করে নেয়া যেতে পারে । জীবাণুনাশক তৈরী করার জন্য ২০ লিটার পানিতে ১ চামচ ব্লিচিং পাউডার বা ভিনেগার (এসিটিক এসিড) ভালভাবে ৩০ মিনিট যাবৎ‌ মিশিয়ে রেখে দিতে হবে । তারপর‌‌ নিচে জমা হওয়া‌ তলানি ফেলে দিয়ে উপরের স্বচ্ছ তরল জীবাণুনাশক হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতে হবে । এই মিশ্রণটি পুরো শরীর ও ব্যবহার্য সব জিনিসপত্রে স্প্রে করতে হবে । আবার ১০ লিটার পানিতে ৫ চামচ ব্লিচিং পাউডার মিশিয়ে একইভাবে ৩০ মিনিট যাবৎ রেখে দিতে হবে । তারপর নিচে জমা হওয়া তলানি ফেলে দিয়ে উপরের স্বচ্ছ মিশ্রণটি (বাড়ির আশেপাশে, গাড়িতে, ড্রেনে, ফ্লোরে ইত্যাদি জায়গায় স্প্রে করার জন্য) জীবাণু নাশক হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতে হবে ।

• অপরিষ্কার হাতে চোখ, নাক ও ঠোঁটের মত কোমল ত্বক স্পর্শ করা যাবে না ।

• হাঁচি বা কাশির সময় টিস্যু/বাহু/কাপড় ব্যবহার করতে হবে ।

• ডিম, মাছ-মাংস রান্না করার সময় পর্যাপ্ত সময় ধরে রান্না করতে হবে । খেয়াল রাখতে হবে, এগুলো যেন অবশ্যই সিদ্ধ হয়।

• সুস্থ ও শক্তিশালী থাকতে স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার খেতে হবে । প্রচুর ফলমূল এবং পর্যাপ্ত ও ঘন ঘন পানি পান করতে হবে যে‌ন গলা কখনোই শুকনো না থাকে । কোনো কিছু খাওয়া বা রান্না করার আগে ভালোভাবে ধুয়ে নিতে হবে ।

• অসুস্থ পশুপাখির সংস্পর্শে যাওয়া থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে।

• কারো সাথে হ্যান্ডশেক করা যাবে না । প্রয়োজনে শুধু হাত তুলে সালাম দিতে পারেন ।

• ঘর পরিষ্কার রাখতে হবে ও বাইরে থেকে আনা জিনিসপত্র জীবাণু নাশক দিয়ে জীবাণুমুক্ত করে তারপর ব্যবহার করতে হবে ।

• অতি প্রয়োজন ছাড়া বাইরে যাওয়া যাবে না । বাইরে গেলে মুখে মাস্ক ও হাতে হ্যান্ডগ্লাভস পড়তে হবে ।

• কেউ যদি আপনাকে খালি হাতে একটি মাস্ক দেয় তাহলে দয়া করে কখনোই সেটি গ্রহণ করবেন না। মাস্ক পড়ার সময় মাস্কের মাঝ বরাবর হাত দিবেন না । মাস্কের উপরের দিকে যে শক্ত স্টিলের লম্বা পাত রয়েছে সেটা নাক বরাবর নিয়ে মাস্কটি পড়ে ফেলুন ।

• সবার সাথে দেখা করা বা কথা বলার সময় অন্তত ১ মিটার (৩ ফুট) পর্যন্ত দূরত্ব বজায় রাখতে হবে । সবার সাথে ডিজিটালি কানেক্টেড থাকাই ভালো । Social distancing maintain করে চলুন ।

• প্রবাসী কারো সাথে বা ইতোমধ্যে আক্রান্ত এমন ব্যক্তির সংস্পর্শ এড়িয়ে চলতে হবে ।

• বাইরে থেকে বাড়িতে কেউ আসলে তৎক্ষণাত জীবানু নাশক দিয়ে জীবাণুমুক্ত করতে হবে ।

• বাইরে বের হওয়ার আগে দরজা জানালা বন্ধ করে যেতে হবে । সকালে ঘন্টাখানেকের জন্য জানালা খোলা রাখতে হবে । এতে পর্যাপ্ত সতেজ বাতাস ও সূর্যের আলো ঘরে প্রবেশ করবে ।

• বাস, ট্রেন বা এ জাতীয় গণপরিবহনগুলো এড়িয়ে চলতে হবে ।

• অত্যাবশ্যকীয় ভ্রমণে সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে ।

করোনা ভাইরাসকে ভয় পেয়ে আতঙ্ক সৃষ্টি না করে সামান্য সতর্কতা অবলম্বনেই নিরাপদ থাকা সম্ভব। সচেতন থাকি ও সবাইকে এ সতর্কতা সম্বন্ধে সচেতন করি।

MATH TRICK

ত্রিকোণমিতির কোনগুলো সাধারণত 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° & 90°।

sin এর ক্ষেত্রে 0, 1/2, 1/√2, √3/2, 1 এই বিন্যাসে মানগুলো হবে অর্থাৎ sin 0° হলে এর মান হবে 0 আবার, sin 30° হলে এর মান হবে 1/2 একইভাবে sin 45° হলে এর মান হবে 1/√2….এভাবে পর্যায়ক্রমে হবে। [Note: 0, 1/2, 1/√2, √3/2, 1 মানগুলো (শুধুমাত্র sin এর ক্ষেত্রে) এই বিন্যাসে মনে (মুখস্থ) রাখতে হবে।

cos এর ক্ষেত্রে 1, √3/2, 1/√2, 1/2 & 0 এই বিন্যাসে অর্থাৎ sin এর মানগুলোর বিপরীতে মনে রাখতে হবে । একইভাবে cos 0° এর মান হবে 1…সবগুলো একইভাবে পর্যায়ক্রমে হবে ।

tan এর ক্ষেত্রে মানগুলো হবে 0, 1/√3, 1, √3 ও অসঙ্গায়িত বা infinitive. এখন যদি বলা হয় tan 90° এর মান কত? তাহলে এর উত্তর অবশ্যই আসবে অসঙ্গায়িত। আশা করি ট্রিকটি বুঝতে পেরেছো।

এখন আসা যাক cosec, sec & cot এ। যেহেতু আমরা জানি, sin এর বিপরীত cosec তাই sin এর যে মানগুলো কোণের ভিত্তিতে পাওয়া যায় cosec এর মান সেটির বিপরীত। অর্থাৎ 1/√2 থাকলে √2 হবে। একইভাবে যেহেতু sec ও cot যথাক্রমে cos ও tan এর বিপরীত সেহেতু এর মান গুলো cos ও tan এর মানের বিপরীত ।

Example: (i) sec 60° = 1/cos 60° = 1/1/2 = 2 (ii) cot 30° = 1/tan 30° = 1/1/√3 = √3 (iii) cosec 60° = 1/sin 60° = 1/√3/2 = 2/√3

প্রতিটি মানের বিপরীত মানগুলো দেওয়া হলো:

0 = infinity

1 = 1

1/2 = 2

1/√2 = √2

√3/2 = 2/√3

1/√3 = √3

√3 = 1/√3

The story of a deaf frog🐸

One of two forest frogs was walking. They suddenly fall into a big hole. They cried a lot for help. Some frogs come running to help them. But the hole was really very deep. Everyone from above said,”This can not be crossed.” A frog has left the hope of hearing this. But the other frog was jumping out loud after hearing them. Again everyone said,”No way can get out of this hole.” But the frog jumped more and more about them. The more they say that the holes can not be crossed by the frogs jumping so loudly. At one stage, the frog actually came upstairs. Then all of the above said,”We have told so many times that you will not have to cross the hole, but why are you jumping?” Then the frog said that he could not hear it. So when they were saying that he (Frog) could not cross this hole, he thought they were telling him,”Jump futher, jump further.”

“An inspiratory experiment of a teacher”

One day a teacher made a blank paper🗒and gave the title ‘I can not’ to all his students! He said,”Write all the things you can not do on the page”. Then they all started to write all the things they could not do. Some students write that they can not swim, some cannot run long, some can not read long enough etc. When all the students finished writing, the teacher collected the papers from everyone. Then the teacher inserted all those papers into a large thick box and said,”Come on, come out with me now”. Everyone came back from behind the taecher. After coming out the teacher made a hole in the ground and put the box inside and dusted the soil. Then he looked at everyone and said,”Everything that you could not do was crushed. That’s all that ended, you could not. Now you can do everything”.

Then the students understood their teacher’s experiment. They did not lose their inspiration during any work in life. Whenever doing anything they remembered the experiment of the teacher. And they were encouraged to think that they could really do anything. Because all the things that can not be done are buried.

Declaration of Independence of the Father of the Nation📃

Although we have read the declaration of independence of Bangabandhu from various historical books📚, people of different countries of the world do not yet know about this declaration. So I am posting📤 the declaration of independence on this blog site!

This announcement🎙will be held on March 25th in the middle of the night🌒, or on the first morning🌞of the 26th March. The most interesting thing is that he made the annoncement in English so that the whole world could understsnd. The announcement is:

“On behalf of our great national leader, supreme commander of Bangladesh Sheikh Mujibur Rahman do hereby proclaim the independence of Bangladesh. It is further proclaimed that Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is soul leader of elected representatives of 75 million people of Bangladesh. I therefore appeal on behalf of our great leader Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to the government of all democratic countries of the world specially big world part and neighboring countries to take effective steps to stop immediately. The aweful genocide that has been carried on by the army of occupation from Pakistan. The legally elected representatives of the majority of the people as repressionist, it is cruel joke and contradiction in terms which should be fool none. The guiding principle of a new step will be first neutrality, second peace and third friendship to all and anonymity to none”.

Historical 25th & 26th March🇧🇩

In the historical of Pakistan, there was a horrific incident like the dark night on 25th March. Father of our nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman declared the independence of Bengali.

The announcement🎙of Bangabandhu was made to prevent resistance in different districts of the country. The beginning of an unequal fight against the Bengali army, the Bengali police, the Ansar and the common people, which is known as the great liberation war in the history of Bangladesh. The declaration of independence is preached through the transmitter, telegram and teleprinter of all EPRs in East pakistan(Bangladesh). The independence of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the support and participation of Bengali millitary, paramilitary and civilian forces, revolves around independence. The declaration of independence of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the history of Bengal has contributed most to the liberation war.

“Dark night’s shocking sadness”

Every nation of the world is aware of the ‘dark night’ on 25th March. No one is unaware of the horrors of the ruthless massacre of Pakistan on this day.

In the history of the world it is known as the great ‘dark night’. Many of us have read the book, the same massacre that the Pakistanis did. But in reality, many people do not understand the world. It is not a small matter to leave such a big man as innocent people. The wailing of the unarmed Bengalis is still dirty in Bengal’s history. It’s never forgetting.

Bangladesh is the only country which fought for its own language. That is why Bangladesh has been rendered as independent sovereign in the world. On 25th March, countless people are still heard lamenting. Every year, this day is celebrated with great pride in the whole country . The more we remember this day, the more abundant mercy our heart are filled with. On this night, many innocent people of Bengal were martyred in the hands of the Pakistanis. This dark night will remain on the pages of history till the end of the world.
