Refreshing Times for Women

Yes, you are being tested. I am revealing weaknesses and personal shortcomings in your life. I am doing this so the enemy won’t have any open doors to you. I wouldn’t have allowed the test if it weren’t necessary, but it is. I am refining you and providing opportunities so that you may be strengthened, and become more like Me. Are you willing to allow Me to do this?

Are you willing to surrender all that you are upon My altar so that I can purge you of anything, not of Me? Are you willing to allow Me to take the coal and cleanse your lips, so your words will minister grace to those who hear you? My child, every fiery trial I allow you to go through is shaping you to be more like Me. So, do not give up. Push through this painful test, so that I can release more of Me through you.

Zec 13:9  And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. 
 
2Co 4:17-18  For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 

Eph 4:29  Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. 

My child, seek Me early before life’s circumstances, troubles, and problems crowd you out. Cease all struggling, and seek Me. Talk to Me. I love it when you seek Me early. Why wait until the world’s struggles prove to be too much for you to bear before you seek Me? You do not have to wait until your day of trouble to seek Me. Don’t you know I am available to you all the time?

Talk to your friend. Cease from the day-to-day chores, and just talk with Me. I know you have a lot on your mind. Do not allow the enemy to cause you to believe that what you’re going through is too insignificant to share with Me. If it concerns you, it concerns Me, besides, I already know. Yes, I know what’s on your mind, and when you are ready to talk to Me, I am available and waiting to listen. Because of My love for you, I won’t force you to talk with Me. I just wanted you to know that you didn’t have to wait until the midnight hour and that I am available.

Yes, I am available to you all the time. I am available when you need understanding. I am available when you need guidance and direction.  I am available when you need peace.  I am available when you need someone to hold you. I am available when you need someone to talk to. And I am available when you say, “Lord, You don’t have to say anything, just listen.”  I am your friend, and as your friend, I will always be available to you. 

READ AND MEDITATE ON HIS WORD

Psa. 66:19 But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.

Psa. 91:15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

Psa. 116:2 Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

Isa. 65:24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

Pro. 8:17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. 

Hab. 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 

Hold onto the promise I gave you.  Keep the vision before you. Hold onto your confession of faith, which you made when I spoke the promises over your life. This test of endurance, this trial of your faith is SPECIFIC!  It is happening in response to your prayers; therefore, hold onto the promise and not the pain.  Release the pain, cast it onto Me, and press forward.

Don’t give up! Don’t quit! Don’t throw the towel in, just because it hasn’t come to pass. Know this one thing, I am aware of what you are going through, and you need the patience to endure faithfully to the end.  Victory is near!

Remember My servant, Joseph?  Let’s talk about Joseph for a minute.

I gave Joseph many dreams and visions; however, he was not ready to receive them.  Nevertheless, he knew that I was with him and that alone enabled him to thrive in captivity and endure to experience His destiny! He chose to hold the promise and not the pain. Oh, his pain was real, and your pain is real; however, the promise is of a greater reality.

Rom. 8:18 Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.

Don’t throw in the towel on the Word of God which has been steadfast for you. Don’t cast away your confidence in what I promised you. Endure this hardship, go through this situation as one of My good soldiers. Don’t lose the hope that you have in My word.  

2Ti 2:3 Thou, therefore, endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 

When things went from bad to worse, Joseph was steadfast and chose to believe My promises even when everything he saw screamed, “You’ll never make it out of this.” It looked as if he had been locked away, and the key was thrown away.  Joseph, like his great-grandfather, did not consider the current circumstances to be the final word. He believed the word of the Lord. He held onto the promise and not the pain of the prison he was in.

Rom. 4:18-19 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. 

Stay the course.  Changing your mind back and forth leaves you in the sea of indecision! The state of double-mindedness produces no decision at all.  More importantly, the wavering back and forth is canceling out your prayer request.  Hold onto the promise.  It’s not over until you receive all that I’ve promised you.

Be faithful to My word.  Joseph persevered through the power of patience. He refused to be distracted by pain.  He chose to hold onto the dreams and visions I gave him.  He was and you are the seed of Abraham. Therefore, stagger not in unbelief at My promises. Be strong in faith and know that I am able to bring to pass all that I have spoken. Hold on to the promises and let go of the pain

Rom 4:20-21 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. 

I am the same yesterday, today, and forever. If Joseph can do it, then so can you. I did it for him and I will do it for you.  It’s only through faith and patience that you will inherit the promises.

Heb. 6:12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. 

Wait on the Lord and be confident that the Lord will honor His word.  Ask of Him, knowing that He will answer.  Be patient and wait on Him, no matter how long it takes. The Lord will answer; He is faithful, trust Him!

Hold onto the promises, not the pain. Hold onto the promises and the promises will hold onto you.
