A basic user guide and instructions on how to contribute images and listings can be found under Additional Info->TokenCatalogBasicGuide.pdf
THE TOKENS YOU SEE ON THE TokenCatalog.com SITE ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY. THEY ARE NOT FOR SALE.
They have been contributed by many individuals and most are held in private collections. We are simply trying to share information about these tokens.
The only exception is when the listing indicates it is an auction lot in an active auction (usually advertised above, or are available on eBay).
Donations go towards site hosting fees which are about $85/month User supported - Donations appreciated:)

All visitors are welcome. Everyone can access the Catalog as a Guest, you can go directly to the Display Tokens page. If you collect tokens and like what you see, please register. Registration allows me to know how many different people are using my website and allows you to make contributions to the database. If you want to help with this project, have questions or comments, I would love to hear from you. I need images of any token missing from the catalog. Contributions from all states are welcome. Together we can make an awesome catalog. Thanks for taking a look, Richard

A note about token attributions (where the tokens were used)... THIS SITE CONTAINS ERRORS. Contributions can be made by anyone. Sometimes a lot of research goes into trying to figure out where a specific token was used. Other times, it's only a guess. Are there references shown with the listings? Are the listings included in other catalogs? Does it make sense?

How You Can Help - Register! Use the Report Error button if you see something wrong with a description. If you have additional information to share, use the Add Historical Info button. If you have tokens which aren't listed, please consider providing an image for the database. Registered users can add images to existing listings and add missing listings. Tell me how I can make this database more useful to you.

My goal is to create an online public catalog of all known Trade Tokens. The first records were added to the database on September 2, 2006.

I have been collecting all my life, but it was a long time before I discovered trade tokens. When I first started looking at tokens, I wondered how old they were, who used them and where they were made. When I read the reference material, I wonder how they figured stuff out. I hope to grow this web site into a place where this information can be collected and shared. I would like to document the attribution of these tokens. This is a discovery process for me and I want the results of that process to be available to others if they are interested.

I am trying to create the tool I wish was already available when I started collecting tokens. It has been designed to support multiple collections, multiple states and multiple users. Individuals can see their specific collections and a unified public catalog is presented.

News:
October 12, 2025 - For those of you who aren't currently aware: you can use Google to search by images. This can lead to the identification of an otherwise unknown token, but it can also make transcription easier.

Try it yourself. Go to Google's image search and paste this link: https://www.tokencatalog.com/images/fullsize-00142/IMAGE_REV_712819.jpg

You can then use the Select Text to copy ALL the text it can extract from the image, thereby making transcribing the text all the easier. You should still proofread the text, as it does make errors.

Even so, if you're adding long or difficult-to-transcribe tokens to the Catalog, it'll make it that much easier for you.
September 20, 2025 - State Catalogs of Trade Tokens are available as printable PDF catalogs for the states which have been fully indexed. These are text only catalogs (no images). They contain all the "Trade Token" listings for the individual state which currently appear on the TokenCatalog site.

These were all generated from an August 31, 2025 copy of the database unless otherwise stated

I would consider a few of these to be as complete (or better) as the published hard copy catalogs for these states. Some are less complete than the published catalogs because they do not yet contain all the listings from the published catalogs. These are NOT meant as replacements for the published catalogs, which may contain additional historical information or images. These are meant to share what is on the TokenCatalog site in a PDF format which can be saved and used offline. They are also good as addendums to the published hard copy catalogs.

My desire would be for the authors of the print catalogs to take on managing the listings online which cover the scope of their print catalog. Please contact me if interested (and not already doing). If you have concerns with what I'm doing here, also reach out.
All catalogs contain an Index. This is the major gating factor for adding additional states to the list below. When indexing for a new state is completed, I will add those catalogs the the list below.

Two options are available for each of these State Catalogs, one indexed by Business name as the primary listing sort and one indexed by Proprietor Name as the primary sort.

These are put our for your use/review... Feedback encouraged and welcome.

These are intended to provide an off-line option for viewing the TokenCatalog Trade Token listings.

The Catalogs:

October 15, 2021 - New Feature - Commemoratives - Medals & Medallions There is now a new category in Listings Filter pull-down on the Display Tokens page, which will allow you to access Medals/Medallions. This view presents the listings in a pictorial format and allows easy movement between categories. More detailed information on a specific issue (the old/original display format) is accessed by clicking on the image. The Medals & Medallions->Commemorative->Expositions category is the most developed sub-category; each Exposition has it's own sub-category.
These issues have traditionally been grouped into the US state of "Commemorative". I'm hopeful the Commemorative state can secede from the USA listings and blossom in this new space. If you are interested in working on this new category, please contact me. I have implemented a tool; with input, I can expand how this works. It is not specifically my interest, but I have been working to have a place for items like these.
January 17, 2021 - Our 600,000th listing was posted today. (Over time, some have been merged as duplicates). 2292 different users have contributed listings or images. Thank you to everyone who has contributed - WE have made this happen together:)
October 31, 2020 - The entries in Lyall's book on Caribbean tokens have been added to the site - Vicken
June 19, 2020 - Paul Leafgreen reports the Oller/Johnson Kansas catalog is now completely listed.
May 04, 2020 - This is not the most noteworthy accomplishment in the world but wanted to let you know I added in all missing entries for OPA points and pictures for whichever ones I happen to have around. I thought this was an interesting case of collective decision making. Everyone figured someone else must have already done them and never checked or did so themselves. Something to keep in mind. - Vicken

September 05, 2015 - The National Token Collectors Association has awarded the 2015 Curto Award to "Richard Greever et al" for the Tokencatalog.com website!!! This award is shared by everyone who has contributed to the site , for without you, it would not have been possible. The Curto Award, presented annually by the National Token Collectors Association, is named in honor of James J. Curto, pioneering exonumia author and cataloger. The purpose of the award is to encourage excellence in the research and cataloging of trade tokens and is presented each year for the best publication on tokens published during the previous calendar year.
December 25, 2014 - We crossed the 400,000 listing mark today. We are now at 400,016 attributions for 389,887 different token descriptions (some tokens have multiple attributions). As I suspected... It was Tom Carson, adding Masonic tokens to the database, which pushed us past this milestone. Thank you to all who have contributed to the success of this site.
June 28, 2014 - MapIt2, is the second generation of the token distribution mapping feature. MapIt, as previously released, was only capable of grouping by state. MapIt2 provides town level detail. The GPS coordinates of over 25,500 localities which issued tokens across the US have been loaded into the database. Localities are plotted as circles, with the size of the circle being based on the total count of tokens from that location. You can apply any search condition and then display the results. I am currently limiting plots to search results with less than 50,000 results. MapIt2 can plot the entire United States, but the JavaScript takes a long time to run. This is closer to the feature I was originally hoping to implement, but there are still a few things which need work. I need to find a mapping package which lets the user save the results. Google Maps is doing the plotting, but saving the result is not permitted. MapIt2+ will display markers for each town, with town name and number of tokens from that town.
Please let me know if you find the feature at all useful or interesting. (You must be logged in to access)
April 25, 2014 - MapIt!, a new mapping feature is available to registered users. U.S.A./All States searches can have their geographical distribution displayed on a US map - each state shaded based on the number of search results returned. It's a fun tool, and will perhaps be of benefit to some of you. If mapping is available for your query results, a MapIt! button will appear on the Display Tokens page. Click on the button and a map will open on a new page. The page may take several seconds to display. This was implemented using Google's GeoMap software. I just have to pass it the state counts.
December 18, 2013 - Hank Thoele reports that all the tokens listed in the 1993 Johnson catalog for Wisconsin, are now entered into the TokenCatalog website. Another great milestone for the users of website. Thanks Hank!
December 11, 2013 - A new category has been created for Art Bars/Rounds. This category includes bullion pieces minted in any metal. Users can search for these using the Art Bars/Rounds link on the home page, or by using the selection under the All Listings pull-down menu on the Display Tokens page. Registered users can exclude the listing of these pieces by setting their Preferences on Display Tokens. Users with existing search Preferences have the display of these bars/rounds turned off by default.
October 13, 2013 - Today we crossed another milestone for USA listings - 350,000 listings. 47% of these include images.
March 20, 2013 - 3400 new Missouri listings have been added to the site. Larry Grinstead & Bruce Smith are providing the listings and additional information. This first update is from a listing provided by Larry. We will be working to merge any duplicate listings which were created and begin to review the Missouri tokens listed on the site, which were not included on this initial list - these will now appear as Unlisted. Bruce Smith is working on the final updates to his list, and additional listings and attribution information will be coming soon. Thank you Larry and Bruce!
April 08, 2012 - On April 6th, I removed the Spooner catalog numbers from the Arizona listings. Peter Spooner, the author of the 2010 Arizona token catalog, requested their removal. We will continue to list tokens from any state, as our contributors add what interests them... we just can't include the copyrighted catalog numbers used in Peter's catalog (or Hal Birt's catalog, as Peter owns the copyright to that work also). Peter and I continue ongoing discussions to reach a mutual agreement.
March 12, 2012 - A while back, I received a comment from John Mutch - "I think that it would be very worthwhile to have some indication on the Display Tokens pages when there are other pictures available. Quite often the first pic posted might be out of focus/angled/worn/dark/etc. and subsequent images are better. Or there are ancillary images to add to the story". This feature is now available - a '+' will be displayed to the right of the main image, if additional images are available on the Detailed Listing page.
March 05, 2012 - Hank Thoele reports he went thru the 1983 book by Vacketta, and entered all the Chicago "good for" tokens he had cataloged. I think the street names alone will help attribute hundreds (maybe thousands) of mavericks tokens in the future. Just finished that project today. THANK YOU HANK!
February 22, 2012 - Our 300,000th listing was added today. Richard Hanson is currently adding Colorado listings, and this pushed us across our new milestone. Thank you Richard and all the other contributors to the site. 50,000 new listing were added in the past 9 months!! This was the result of everyone working together, one token at a time, 50,000 times:)
January 25, 2012 - Richard Hanson has completed loading the listings from Roy Rubick's Montana Trade Tokens book. Montana now has 7696 listings online. THANK YOU RICHARD!
January 03, 2012 - Happy New Year! We enter the new year with more than 291,000 listings and 129,400 images from across the globe. More than 50,000 listings were added last year. More than 30,000 new images were loaded. We have more than 1,100 users registered on the site. 350 of these users have directly contributed listings or images to the site, with many others supplying images or information through one of these contributors. Thank you to everyone who has helped make this site into what it has become. Join the fun. It is what YOU make it. Additional Info->How to Contribute
December 06, 2011 - Luke Johnson has completed adding listings from Gary Henderson's Iowa Trade Tokens book. After this nine month effort, Iowa now has more the 21,000 listings online. THANK YOU LUKE!
October 13, 2011 - David Burk has provided a couple reference documents which may be of interest to some. Known Civil War Patriotic Token die pairs. Ed Hertel's price guide for Illegal Casino Chips. Both of these documents are available to registered users under the Additional Info tab.
September 01, 2011 - Slug Plate Dies - A Study a new book by Richard Greever. First copy printed in August. First offered for sale at the NTCA Annual Show over Labor Day weekend in Omaha, Nebraska.
June 18, 2011 - Die names and usage dates have been added to all the part incuse tokens made by St. Louis Missouri token makers. The date information was taken from the article written by Bruce W. Smith - Dating the St. Louis Made Part Incuse Tokens. This article appeared in two parts in the TAMS Journal - December 2002 & February 2003. There appears to have also been an earlier version of this article, dated 1999 which is referenced in some of the notes associated with the listings. New information has come to light since the original publication, and has been incorporated into the posted dates where known. The die names were created for use on this site, all start "SL-" for Saint Louis. It is possible to list just the Saint Louis tokens by searching for "DIE-SL-" in the Exact Phrase box. There are more than 1500 of the St. Louis made tokens in the database, with about 1/3 of them currently imaged.
May 21, 2011 - Our 250,000th listing was added today. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED!!
May 13, 2011 - The 100,000th image was loaded today! We should hit 250,000 listings by the end of the month:)
February 18, 2011 - John Byars has provided access to the compiled information collected from the Ingle Customer Ledger. All imaged Ingle System tokens have been updated with their order number and shipping information. Some new mavericks have been attributed and a few have had their attributions corrected. It will be a continuing project to update/verify all the un-imaged listings. If you can contribute images of any non-imaged Ingle token, you would be helping continued research to correctly attribute all Ingle tokens. Thank you John!
October 07, 2010 - I have assigned dates for many of the Slug Plate dies and some of the Billiard Maker reverse dies. These come out of the Slug Plate Die Study I have been working on. These dates should help in validating existing attributions and narrowing the search range for discovering new attributions. This is a work in process, but thought everyone would benefit from making the information available. If you are interested in searching for specific name dies (BBC-, CP-, SPO1-...) you can enter "DIE-", followed by whatever die you are looking for. For example "DIE-BBC" or "DIE-BBC-10a". Use Search All if you want to find all listings in the database. You must be logged in to see the date ranges. If you have questions, or notice errors, please let me know. More information will be available soon.
April 22, 2010 - Larry Oller, one of the authors of the Kansas Trade Tokens catalog, has provided a list of tokens which were not included in the original catalog. If you would like a list of just these tokens, click on this link - Unlisted Kansas. This list contained just under 600 tokens. Thank you Larry!
April 18, 2010 - Utah Listings have been loaded from H. Robert Campbell's Utah Trade Tokens and associated supplements. Thank You Bob Campbell, for giving his permission to load the information from his CD. More than 5000 new listings were uploaded. Rarity and pricing information were not loaded from the catalog. An electronic version, distributed on CD is available for those seeking more information. See the listing for Campbell's catalog at Additional Info->Resources for ordering information.
February 01, 2010 - Alabama State listings have been loaded. These were provided by John Denham. Roy Wood wrote the first Alabama Trade Tokens book in 1995. Mr. Wood, John Hudgins and John Denham have issued two supplements since that time. There are no current plans to issue a new Alabamba catalog at this time, but all available listings have been included on this website.
December 30, 2009 - 150,000 listings!!! THANK YOU
November 20, 2009 - TokenCatalog.com, in partnership with the National Token Collectors Association (NTCA), has launched an Online Auction Site, auction.tokencatalog.com, focused on the buying and selling of tokens and related exonumia. NTCA membership is required to sell items on the site, but buyers are not required to be members. The site will function similar to eBay, but with a much different pricing structure. Listing fees will be $0.01 per item and completed sales will be subject to a 2% seller commission. All sellers will be given a $5 credit upon registration on the site.
Please take a look at this new auction site. There are many great deals available, as not many people have discovered the bargins yet! If you are interested in selling on the site, and are not a NTCA members, please consider joining. Dues are $36/year and they produce a monthly magazine, Talkin' Tokens. More information and a membership application can be found on the NTCA website - tokencollectors.org
November 05, 2009 - Jerry Adams has put together a printable listing of Texas Trade Tokens. It is available for download/viewing/printing by clicking on the link . You can take this file to a local copy store and get it printed and bound for $30-$40. Copies may not be sold, but they may be shared with your friends. These listings come from the earlier Texas works of 1973, 1979, 1984, 1993 & 1997 plus other sources. Jerry is responsible for adding most of the Texas listings into the database for us all to enjoy. Thank You!
September 20, 2009 - STOLEN TOKENS -- Mike Miller reported the loss of several collectibles and especially a rare Renton Junction and two rare Exposition H&K types featuring Ferris Wheels, from his car which was broken into in Seattle the week following the NWTAMS Show in Vancouver last July. The Renton Junction token is seldom seen. Mike is offering a reward for recovery of the missing items. E-mail him at tokenswede@aol.com if you have any information.
July 25, 2009 - TEXAS LISTINGS - Jerry Adams has recently completed the listing of all Texas tokens as listed cataloged in the The Trade Tokens of Texas (1973) including additions from the two Supplements (1979, 1984) printed by TAMS and the two privately issued Supplements (1993, 1997).Any listings which do not appear in this catalog or the supplements will be displayed as "Unlisted" in the database. Jerry spent about a year working on this project - THANK YOU JERRY!!
July 06, 2009 - Hollis Pincock provided his catalog, Idaho Tokens for Collectors, to be loaded onto the site. The format of these listings is different than the 'standard' used by the website, so some duplication will occur. We will be working to remove the duplicated listings over the next few weeks. The listings from this catalog do not have a precise obverse/reverse inscription. If the City or State appears on the token, it will be noted in square brackets [], but the precise wording isn't provided (for instance "IDAHO" vs. "ID."); if no City/State is indicated in the brackets, they do not appear on the token. As images are provided, the listings will be converted to the 'standard' format familiar to the website. THANK YOU HOLLIS!
June 08, 2009 - A listing of South Dakota tokens, provided by John Kent has been loaded onto the website. This adds about 8500 new South Dakota listings. There is cleanup work to be done, but this is a great addition. THANK YOU JOHN!!
May 01, 2009 - Over the past few weeks, attributions for hundreds of the Unknown mavericks have been reported. Luke Johnson has provided directory/census information. Terry Hess has provided attribution info from IKO-TAMS, many catalogs and other sources. John Byars has provided shipping information for the Ingle System tokens, through Terry and directly to me. Information has come in from many others. I am working through the backlog. I appreciate all the help being provided, large and small.
March 09, 2009 - Today, the 100,000th listing was added to the database. THANK YOU to all the contributors!!
March 03, 2009 - Information on various Billiard Manufacture and Saloon Fixture store card tokens - like Brunswick or Chas. Pick is now available under Additional Information. This work is partly based on earlier works, like The Brunswick Token Story which appeared in the TAMS Journal in June 1977 and on the work of Louie Stubler. Images and information available on the website have been used to supplement existing works.
December 18, 2008 - Duane Feisel has given permission to load the listings and images from his Catalog of Pre-Prohibition California Saloon Tokens. The listings have been loaded and I am working on doing the cleanup required. Thank You Duane!
November 24, 2008 - NTCA Maverick Tokens #4798 through #7087 have been loaded. Reported attributions will be added soon. Thanks to Jeff Smurthwaite, NTCA's Talkin' Tokens Editor, for providing the listings. If you don't know about NTCA, it's the National Token Collectors Association. Check out their website at tokencollectors.org!
November 01, 2008 - I have loaded the TAMS, IKO-TAMS, MDTAMS and METCA Maverick token listings from Norman Peterson's Maverick CD, with his permission. The TAMS (Token and Medal Society) listings can be found by searching for "TAMS" using SearchAll, or by clicking here. This will list them in numeric order. If you want to find a specific TAMS maverick, search for "T######" - an 'T' followed by a six digit number with leading zeros - ex. T000002 (make sure you are searching All States). IKO-TAMS (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio - Token and Medal Society) listings can be found by searching for "IKO" and "IKO######", or by clicking here. MDTAMS (Maryland Token and Medal Society) listings can be found by searching for "MDTAMS" and "MDT######", or by clicking here. METCA (Merchant Tokens Collectors Association) listings can be found by searching for "METCA" and "M######", or by clicking here.
October 31, 2008 - I have loaded the ATCO Maverick token listings from Norman Peterson's Maverick CD, with his permission. There were a little more than 5300 listings. The ATCO listings can be found by searching for "ATCO" using SearchAll, or by clicking here. This will list them in numeric order. If you want to find a specific ATCO maverick, search for "A######" - an 'A' followed by a six digit number with leading zeros - ex. A000002 (make sure you are searching All States).
October 28, 2008 - Portland Oregon City Directories for 1870, 1873, 1875 and 1878 are now available as searchable PDF files online. You must be a registered user to view these directories. Follow Additional Info->Resources off the main menu. Acrobat Reader will be required to view these files.
September 21, 2008 - I am manually entering the NTCA mavericks from #2897 onwards. So far, I'm up to #3098. The process involves going through TT's, updating the existing records with the new attributions then adding the new listings. This is going to take a long time, but I think the additional content will be a valuable resource for everyone who uses this website. If anyone wants to help, please volunteer, I could use it...
September 20, 2008 - NTCA Maverick tokens #1-#2896 have been loaded into the database. These were taken from Norman Peterson's Maverick CD, with his permission. Norman's CD contains about 40,000 mavericks and this is only the first phase of loading data from that source. I am working with Paul Leafgreen, the NTCA Mavricks column editor, to try and get the remaining NTCA mavericks loaded. This will be a somewhat long term project; there are about 3500 more to add and most don't exist in a machine readable form. You can list all the NTCA mavericks, in numerical order by searching for "NTCA" using SearchAll , or by clicking here. Other maverick listings are ready to be loaded, ATCO, METCA, older TAMS and IKO-TAMS, but I need to see how well the NTCA mavericks integrated into the database before loading more. Specific NTCA maverick listings can be found by searching for N###### - an 'N' followed by a six digit number with leading zeros - ex. N000002 (make sure you are searching All States).
June 05, 2008 - Hank Thoele has provided the listings from his Unlisted Wisconsin Tokens (The Unpublished Wisconsin Ten Year Update). These listings have now been loaded into the database. Thank You Hank! The maverick tokens he listed as being probable Wisconsin, but without town attributions were loaded as Unknown, with the note "'Suspected Wisconsin Maverick, town unknown", the can be found by using "Search State" or "Search All" for this string.
April 04, 2008 - Two new Search buttons have been added to the Display Tokens page. SearchState, will search all the listings for the current state, regardless as to what City has been selected. The new SearchAll button, will search the entire database, ignoring the selected City and State. The normal Search, only looks at the obverse/reverse descriptions. These two new searches will include searching all the notes associated with the listings.
February 13, 2008 - Oregon State listings have been completed. Listings from Hemphill's book, Mike Gross's Supplement, and all unlisted tokens known to me have been included (and corrected). There are more than 13,000 Oregon listings with almost 2000 unlisted. Yea! This project is finally complete. If you are aware of any other unlisted tokens, or see anything which needs correction, please send e-mail.
December 26, 2007 - A year ago, I was busy scanning my Oregon collection. Since then, contributions by others have doubled the number of imaged tokens. We are approaching 15,000 tokens from all 50 states. About 1000 new tokens are added every month! I am looking forward to 2008. I am excited about what this website has and can become. I am working to complete the Oregon listings. Billy Kiser has provided images and listings from his New Mexico catalog. I am working to provide access to other catalogs.

If you are interested in working on this project, please let me know. Are you are a cataloger? Do you want to become one? Do you want to keep track of your collection? I'm looking for help. Can you help build the listings for a particular state or specialty area? Do you have listings you can share? This tool is available for anyone who wants to help.

Thank you again to all the contributors and those who have registered. Comments and suggestions are always welcome.
November 12, 2007 - Oklahoma has made it to the front page! Michigan continues to grow at an incredible rate. There have been some nice additions to Hawaii. I have photographed all my Oregon transportation tokens and Masonic pennies. I have added complete (as far as I know) listings for all Oregon towns from A through L. If it looks like a token, and it's not included, please let me know. There are now more than 50 registered users and there have been contributions from about half of you!
November 01, 2007 - I have released software which will assign a Certainty of Attribution number for all tokens being added to the database. I have been using this for Oregon and New Mexico tokens, and now have expanded it to the rest of the database. If both city and state appear on the token, CA will be set to 5, otherwise, CA will be set to 1. If you don't want to see this information on you listings, use the Preferences option on the Display Tokens screen and uncheck the box - "Show Attribution Info". If you have questions, or would like to work on attributing and assigning CA values other then the defaults, let me know.
October 11, 2007 - Billy Kiser has provided his collection of New Mexico token images. Take a walk through New Mexico's listings and checkout all the cool tokens.
September 22, 2007 - 10,000 token images posted! Thanks to everyone who has contributed.
September 08, 2007 - I have released a new version of software with some new features. If you are adding tokens, these changes effect you. IF YOU SEE STRANGE BEHAVIOR, PLEASE SEND E-MAIL to rgreever@hotmail.com.

The Display Notes default has been changed to TRUE. This will cause the notes to be displayed on the main listing pages. If you don't like this, let me know. You can change your preferences by going to the Display Tokens page and select the Preferences button. On the Preferences page, unselect the Use System Default button and then unselect the Display Notes button. You can then Apply and Display button to display without notes. Registered users can save their preferences and make them their personal default.

The Notes which can be specified when a token is Added or Edited have been changed. There are now three types of notes.

Attribution Notes - Notes related to directory listings should be placed here. These are associated with the State/Town which you specified for the token. Be aware the same token may be attributed to another location. Each location will have an Attribution Note associated with it. Hopefully this will allow confilicting information to be identified and addressed. These notes can be edited with Edit Description.

Description Notes - Notes relating the descriptive information. This is basically the type of note which has always existed. These notes can be edited with Edit Description

Inventory Notes - These are notes which apply to the specific Inventory record/image. These can be marked Public or Private. Private notes are only viewable to the author and myself. Public notes are viewable by everyone. These notes can be edited with Edit Inventory.

Generic support for Catalogs has been added. When a token is Added, or a description Edited, catalog entries can be specified. If you are using a state catalog which isn't listed, please send me e-mail (tell me the catalog name, author, publication date, whether the catalog uses numbers and a "short name" for the catalog). I can add any catalog to my table. If catalog entries are added for all listed tokens in a state, I can set a flag which will identifiy the unlisted ones as "Unlisted" in the displays. The catalogs displayed on the Contribute screen are based on the State you last viewed with Display Tokens. If you specify a different state on the Contribute, you will need to Edit Description to get the appropriate catalogs. The Edit screen also allows you to view and specify any of the Catalogs.

Display of Multiple Images from the database is now provided on the Detail Screen. In the past, only the first image added to the database was viewable. This will remain the primary image, but if others exist in the database, they will also be displayed on the detail screen. For an example look here.

Support for Pricing information has been added. Prices for individual inventory records (the images) can be added, or generic prices associated with the listing can be added. Price fields now appear on the Contribute and Edit Inventory screens - these are prices for the token being displayed. Pricing information for a different token, but the same type can be added by using the "Add Price" button on the Detail Display screen. This is where e-bay and other price records can be aded. Pricing details can be Public or Private. Public data is displayed at the bottom of the Detail Display screen. Private data is viewable only to the contributor and myself. There is a "Value" field below the Prices. This is a work in progress, but right now will display the average of all prices entered for the specific token (public and private prices).

Support for multiple collections for a single user. This is something which has internally been supported from the beginning, but has now been made available to everyone. I use this for my personal collection, and the tokens I add for others. I need to be able to keep track of what is mine and what's not. You can too. If you want to have another collection created for you, let me know your username, the name of the new collection, and whether a credit line should be displayed under your contributed images. If this feature becomes popular, the commands to add/modify your own collection information will be added. When you add/edit a token, you will see your collection in a pulldown box. This is where you would select other collections if you had them defined. It is possible to move Inventory records between collections.

July 31, 2007 - There have been some significant contributions this month from Hawaii, Michigan and Wyoming. Oregon and Washington counts continue to grow. Thanks for everyone's contributions.
May 20, 2007 - There are more than 6500 Oregon tokens and 7200 overall. Thanks for all who have contributed! Neil McElroy has allowed me to load images of his Oregon token dies. There is a die for an unlisted Burns, Oregon token. Does anyone have the matching token?
February 25, 2007 - I have finished scanning my collection. YEA! More than 6000 tokens over a 5 month period. I have some cleanup work to do, but it feels great to be done. I hope you all enjoy.
