Well, 2011 was a hectic but amazing year. Kinda bummed about my leave of absence from da blog. It's exactly one year since I first posted on New Year's Day, 2011. So I thought it fitting to at least post a Happy New Year wish to everyone who might stop by...I don't expect many of you to be holding your breath to see anything from me at this point...but I will make a better effort to post more consistently in this New Year...as well as catch up with reading and commenting, too. Perhaps fittingly, hubby and I spent the day in the same place as one of the pictures in that first post one year ago.

And for those of you who might still be wondering, yes, I made it up Pike's Peak successfully!
Here's hoping that 2012 brings peace, love, and joy to each and every one of you and that each of you has the opportunity to reach for the stars and accomplish more than you ever imagined.
