In post No. 1, we have seen as to how JL Nehru did VOTE CHORI by the way of blackmailing M. K. Gandhi. Ultimately the CWC had to declare him elected uncontested, president of the party.

Vote Chori by Indira Gandhi

Many people do not know the full story behind the event.

The real story is as under

Being a biological daughter of Nehru, and as desired by Nehru, and as pre-planned by Nehru and Congress, Indira Gandhi had to be the successor of Nehru. It was also unavoidable for Nehru lovers and Nehru too, to hide many blunders of Nehru.

But main obstructions were the two leaders. Lal Bahadur Shastri and Morarji Desai. Somehow Lal Bahadur Shastri’s candidature could not be denied. But after some time, the obstruction of Shastri was got solved under some other series of events. Morarji Desai was got compromised and thereafter most print media started indirectly criticizing Morarji Desai targeting his son Kantibhai. Despite of this, Indira Gandhi was proved to be a bad administrator. Indira Gandhi surrendered to CPIM and she did the nationalization of 14 leading banks. The print media gave huge coverage to this event and heavily praised Indira Gandhi.

Indira Gandhi canvassed for VV Giri instead of the party’s regular candidate Sanjiv Reddy.

Indira Gandhi’s candidate won the presidential election. Then Indira Gandhi divided the Congress and declared general elections of LOK SABHA (L.S.). Actually there were a lot irregularity in the elections and also the judgement.

Indira’s Secretary played an active role in canvassing for Indira Gandhi. Indira’s rival candidate was Raj Narayan. Indira won her election. But Raj Narayan had challenged the election of Indira Gandhi, on the ground of Indira Gandhi used the government machinery. E.g., the secretary’s involvement in the election and that too canvassing in favour of Indira Gandhi.

Secretaries are paid from public funds. i.e., they are legally government servants. A government servant has to be neutral. He/she cannot do canvassing for a candidate of a political party. But Indira Gandhi wilfully had allowed to happen. Of course the secretary had resigned before managing the campaign. 

For a government servant there is a prescribed procedure to resign.

1               A government servant has to submit an application of resignation well in advance, say 3/6 months to the appropriate authority through the proper channel.

2               The appropriate authority will process the application.

3               The appropriate authority will ask the applicant that “xxxx” date is fixed and after that you will not be entitled to withdraw your application.

4               This is because the applicant has a right to withdraw his application before the “xxxx” date.

5               The applicant commits to that date.

6               The appropriate authority, after getting the clearance from the vigilance, accepts the resignation and conveys the date “xxxx”, that now Mr yyyy is to be removed from the strength of the office. It is also instructed to the reporting officer that Mr. yyyy should not be taken on duty from the date “xxxx”.

In the case of the secretary of Indira Gandhi, the secretary had not followed the procedure.

The court ruled that the prescribed procedure of resignation had been not followed. The point of the “use of government machinery in the election” is valid. Hence the election of Ms Indira Gandhi was set aside and she was  disqualified for 6 years from contesting the election.

There were some other minor reasons too. Let them keep aside.

Indira Gandhi examined to change the procedural provisions, but that was not possible to change because it relates to the fundamental and  Human Rights too. Further, it can generate the trade union activities. This can weaken the strength of Indira and her party.

Now suppose, the secretary of Indira Gandhi could have been termed as if he has been taken as a non-government servant from the date of the application.

How Mamata could have taken its advantage?

In that case, Mamata Banerjee can have free hand to use government machinery in the elections.

Mamata can have two types of Government servants. Obedient and Floating.

Mamata would instruct obedient servants to resign (temporarily). The obedient servants would submit the application of their resignation. They will start campaigning for Mamata and her party candidates.

As for the government servants who are in floating category, Mamata would depute them to EC. Mamata would pressurize them in advance to not carry out the checking of the biological identity of the electorals rigorously, otherwise they would be taken to task.

As soon as elections are over, the obedient servants would withdraw their application of resignation before the date that was predetermined by Mamata Banerjee and conveyed to the government servants.

Unfortunately Me Lords too do not understand the seriousness of the SIR. It is a matter of research as to how the NCR would be allowed to be carried out smoothly by the Mee Lords.

This is about the discussion held in Indian Parliament.

FREE STYLE

“Vote Chori” is the word discovered by Pappubhai for the reason of victories of BJP in elections. Of course this meaning does not apply to the victories of Congis. This is because, it contradicts the Pappubhai’s meaning.

Pappubhai does not believe in defining any word he uses. Pappubhai does not like any bondage to his tongue (words). Otherwise also all the leaders of opposition parties do not care for the logical explanation on any word they use. They have the liberty to spell out any word anywhere on the GLOB.

Is the word “Pappubhai” allowable for Rahul Gandhi? It is supposed to be allowable. One of the billionaire Builders is addressed in Ahmedabad as Pappubhai and that too with a respect.. He does not object to it.

HM on VOTE CHORI

Contrary to our Pappubhai, HM India has described and ultimately defined the word VOTE CHORI.    

1          If anybody wins the election, by unfair means, the winner has committed VOTE CHORI.

2          Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah, has given three example of VOTE CHORI done by Congis, where the candidate had used unfair means.

But what is the meaning of “UNFAIR MEANS”

3          A person who is not in the electoral list, is allowed to votes

4          Another person votes in place of an absentee member. “Absentee” means, dead or staying elsewhere or prevented to come to vote so that the other person can vote,

5          A person votes under pressure, to the candidate

6          At the time of counting the votes, the counting is done wilfully erroneously, in favour of a candidate and there after the other person/s is/are not allowed to object, under pressure or otherwise.

The points 3, 4, and 5 are common in states where the Congi/its allied parties are ruling. The point 6 is known as “BOOTH CAPTURING”. This was very common when the Congi was ruling  at the centre. 

Which examples were quoted by Mr. Amit Shah on VOTE CHORI?

BLACKMAILING BY JL NEHRU

A well-known example pertains to the presidential elections in Congress party in 1946.

JB Kripalani was the general secretary of CWC (Central Working Committee). He had taken the signature of many of the members of the CWC to propose the name of JL Nehru as the party president.

ROLE of MK GANDHI

Gandhiji was of the opinion that CWC cannot decide such issue. Only the Provincial Working Committees can decide.

Provincial working committees were asked to propose the name of the president. 15 (Majority) Provincial working committees propose the name of Sardar Patel. One PWC propose the name of J.B. Kripalani. Maulana Azada was willing to continue as the president of the Congress. But general opinion was to change the president. Maulana Azad was also in favour of JL Nehru.

WHO WERE THE CANDIDATES?

Candidates were Sardar Patel, J. B. Kripalani, Jawaharlal Nehru.

Well before the approval of the CWC, there were a lot “One to One” meetings were held with Gandhiji, by the CWC members and candidates. The narratives of Maniben Patel is the oldest one and appears to be more reliable. Gandhiji had said; “I had told Jawahar no Provincial Working Committee has suggested his name. Jawahar had not responded to this. Further Jawahar neither had withdrawn his candidature. Jawahar had kept mum with an anxious strong face. He simply left my room.

GANDHIJI KNEW THE MIND SET OF NEHRU.

Yes. Gandhiji had told several times, “I know Jawahar but I do not know his socialism.” (According to Gandhiji the xxx’sm are the exercise of the brain). Leave this aside. Gandhiji felt that Nehru was likely to do some adventure. i.e. Nehru is likely to break the Congress, because he was having a socialist group within Congress. Further in the absence of Subhash Chandra Bose, JL Nehru was an icon for the youths. Divided Congress would become weak to deal and negotiate with Cabinet Commission. It would be better to not take any risk. After consulting Sardar Patel, and taking assurance from Sardar Patel that he would not allow the Congress to break.

CWC MEETING

In the CWC meeting, there were five names. Subhash Chandra Bose, Jai Prakash Narain, Sardar Patel, JL Nehru, and JB Kripalani. First two name were not considered as they were not the members of the Congress. Then as pre-decided plan, JB Kripalani withdrew his candidature. Sardar Patel also withdrew his candidature. J.L. Nehru was declared elected as Congress President uncontested, on 9^th May 1946.

Any decision can be examined on minimum two grounds. Morality and legality. There was nothing like unlawfulness. But morality can be made controversial.

It was all internal politics.

NATIONAL INTEREST IS ABOVE ALL

Gandhiji had played a role in view of the national interest, by keeping the Congress intact, when he found JL Nehru was likely to be out of control. There was no morality on the part of JL Nehru.

Somebody can asked as to how, one can take it for granted that JL would break the Congress? Gandhiji knew very well that JL was hungry of power, and he can go to any extent for the sake of power. And otherwise also he was weak in morality. He was also weak in honouring democratic values. After the death of Gandhiji, JL Nehru became beyond morality. We have seen a lot events which had exhibited his immorality and insult to the democracy. The Nehru dynasty was like that only. We have come across the rule of Indira, Sanjay, Rajiv, Sonia and Rahul including the behaviour of Priyanka.

IS IT NOT A PITY?

The pity is that many persons with a prejudicial mind set, pass the total blame on Gandhiji, because he had suggested JL Nehru to be the Congress President with no vote in his favour. They forget that to make Jawahar the PM was a temporary arrangement. When the general elections would be conducted the people would decide their Prime Minister. Everybody including the so-called educated persons must know that in democracy nothing is final. Gandhiji balanced morality with national interest. To take the risk means to invite irreparable harm to the nation.

There was also one more reason to pass total blame on Gandhiji.

Gandhiji was misunderstood by many persons. Once Gandhiji told; “Now Jawahar will speak my language”. Some people including Nehru, had taken this as Nehru is the inheritor of Gandhiji.

But one should know as to why did Gandhiji not use this sentence for Vinoba Bhave?

Vinoba Bhave was already following the thoughts of Gandhiji. A person already walking on the footpath need not be asked to walk on footpath. Only the person walking on road can be advised to walk on the footpath.

Nehru did not applied his mind. Hence Gandhiji asked to dissolve the Congress. A political Party can only be identified by its aim and to achieve the aim by its type of way. The aim of Congress was to make the India politically independent through the way of non-violence. This had been achieved. Now Congress men should engage themselves in social reforms through non-violence.

But how a person blind to achieve self benefit can apply his mind?

Is the Game of Mamata Benarjee going to be successful?

Yes, … yes, … yes, beyond doubt, unless the Central Government sacks Mamata.

Enough is enough.

Why is the print media making abnormal noise of SIR?

Yes. It is noticeable that the print media selectively making noise in favour of Mamata Benarjee on SIR.

Now a lot of print media is giving big coverage to the pressure exerted by the EC to the BLOs;

.         by way of issuing warning letters

.         by way of pressurizing them to complete the work within the given date,

.         If the work of SIR will not completed, strict disciplinary action would be taken,

Remember, the “Mee Lords” waiting for a reason to withhold SIR

The print media gives coverage in big and bold letters that staff working as BLO is overloaded and many of them are under tension. Many of the BLOs have died due to heart attacks under the tension created by the Election Commission Officers. (It is a matter of research as to why the “body checkup” was not introduced by the ECO before taking the BLOs for the training and on the duties).

To the best of the knowledge of a common man, a disciplinary action cannot be taken by the CEC/ECO on the staff members who are on deputation in the office. The concerned officer can only report the shortcoming of a member. The reporting officer will report to the local revenue officer. The revenue officer ultimately works under CM West Bengal. The disciplinary authority will accept the explanation given by the BLO. Then the matter gets finished. EC will be helpless.

The print media has not taken care to publish the postmortem report of those BLOs who died due to tension.

99.999 percent of the government officials/officers think that they are overloaded.

Look at the game plan of Mamata Benarjee.

The print media publishes that the Muslim infiltrators are going back to Bangladesh, as they fear that they would be taken to task if the EC would notice that they are all infiltrators who came from Bangladesh.

In reality it is not the case.

To take legal action against these Muslims does not fall under the jurisdiction of EC. Despite of this, print media, Muslim leaders, TV channel-talk shows, and Mamata Benarjee shed tears on the infiltrator Muslims going back towards Bangladesh.

There are many videos showing Mamata Benarjee embarrassing, weeping, crying loudly, and embarrassing the departing Muslim infiltrators (males and females).

Who can say these Muslims of Bangladesh will not come back in time to come? These Muslims are well settled in India? Mamata Benargee is ready to die, as she has announced.

Let these Muslims go back. There is no need to shed tears on such events. When these Muslims infiltrators leave India of their own, what else could be a better situation for India!!

We must remember that the matter does not end up here.

This is a small part of Muslim infiltrators going back. The majority of Muslim infiltrators are still in India. They are well settled in West Bengal and other parts of India. They are still a big vote bank of opposition parties. The reels are simply to generate the so-called sympathy.

We can rule out that the forthcoming elections will be free and fair. The TMC Gundas and Mamata and Mamata’s gangsters, hooligans, bullies, and the “most obedient servants of state government” are still in West Bengal. They are keen to act in the way Mamata wants in polling booths. They are capable of managing everything.

What is the way out?

The immediate way out is to impose presidential rule on West Bengal. Arrest Mamata and put her in jail.

The permanent solution is to appoint permanent staff to EC.

All the elections will be conducted by the EC right from Panchayat, Municipalities, Municipal Corporations, State Assemblies, and the parliaments.  

This would mean reconstructing the EC with some additional duties.

EC will have the following department and work in general.

Responsibilities of Cooperative housing societies, to conduct meetings and elections,

The responsibilities of the registrar of properties,

The responsibilities of conducting meeting and elections in Limited Companies,

The responsibilities of the Census Commissionerate,

Devil commits sin, but the result sometimes is to be suffered by a gentle person.

But here the sins are committed  by the Devil (Mamata), the results will be suffered by the Nation (India)

Is Mamata enough to destroy India?

Yes. Mamata is enough to destroy the whole of India.

What is the meaning of the word “destroy”?

India is a unique country. It is the only country in the world that has its continuity in its culture, whereas the other countries have lost their ancient culture.

What is wrong if a country embarrasses other culture?

Look. The people of other cultures and civilizations have, of course, maintained their pride in their old civilization. They also say “yes, we admire our civilizational heritage. We have changed our religion, but we have not changed our forefathers. E.g. Indonesia.

Whereas with our Indian Muslims, that is not the case. Suppose if we all Hindus change our religion. Then we will be forced, not to take pride of our own heritage. The current Muslims are very firm on their this belief. If their rule came to India, they would start to destroy the rest of India’s archaeological heritage. Once the heritage is destroyed, then cultural heritage would easily get destroyed in the course of time.

We are very much aware of the fact of how a fake and false history of our nation was taught to us. Till this date a particular Hindu lot is not able to accept our real and true history. This lot is not able to see the heavy contradictions in the history they hitherto taught to us. .

Our subject of discussion is whether one Mamata is enough to destroy our country?

Mamata is the current Chief Minister of West Bengal State.

What is about her morality?

1          She has no moral value.

How do you say like that?

2          She was initially affiliated with Congi as a student union leader. She came to the limelight when she danced on the jeep of Jay Prakash Narayan in 1974. This Mamata was against Jay Prakash Narayan. She started dancing on the hood of the jeep of Jay Prakash Narayan. Jay Prakash Narayan was protesting against Indira Gandhi’s rule.

3          This Mamata used to prefix a fake Dr (Doctor PhD) to her name of a non-existing university.

4          Once upon a time this Mamata was deadly against the Muslim infiltrators from Bangladesh. These Muslim infiltrators were the vote bank of CPIM. But when this Mamata gained the power in W. Bengal, she invited Muslim infiltrators. This exhibits Mamata’s immorality.

5          This Mamata had formed her new party as Trina Mool Congress, with the slogan as “Maa Maatee Maanus” (TMC). i.e. Mother, Soil, and Person.

6          This Mamata pleads that for her Maa means Mother Bengal, Mitti means Soil (local soil i.e. Soil of Bengal) and Manus means Person of Bengal. Actually for all the Indians the Priority must be, “the Nation (Bharat) First”.

6.1       This Mamata abuses the people of neighbouring states. Even she protests the entry of leaders of other states while canvassing in the elections.

7          Mamata is vindictive without any limit.

7.1       She used to threaten and allege openly the officers of Central Government Agencies like CBI, NIA and ED including the Governor of the State and the judiciary itself. She conducts protest against them. She puts obstructions and prevents them from discharging their duties. She even arrests them,

7.2       She openly instructs her police to arrest the persons who spell out Jai Shri RAMA, This is just to give a message to her vote bank community (Muslim) that she favours them at the cost of the Hindu community.

7.3       She protests against the duties stipulated for EC, under the Indian Constitution

e.g. SIR (Special Intensive  Revision)  

To conduct SIR by the EC, is the part and parcel of the duties of ECI. It is mandatory for the EC to see that each election is Free and Fair. i.e. Every citizen of India can vote to  a candidate of its choice, without any pressure and obstructions. Fair means only the citizen of India can cast its vote once only, in the election.

It is the duty of the EC to prepare an Electoral list of each polling booth and the related constituency.  Electoral list has to be checked by the EC authority so that every person of the list is an Indian citizen and its name is only in one constituency.

8          The SIR has to be conducted before every general election for the purpose of National Security.

8.1       It is not a secret that India had been flooded even after the 1950 (closure of the border) with Muslim infiltrators during the period of 1968 to 1972 in a large scale.

8.2       Indira had taken an oath that she would send back all the 2 crores of Muslim infiltrators to Pakistan and Bangladesh (as the case may be). But no Nehruvian had cared for their oaths at any time. An oath taken by the Nehruvians and their allied parties’ leaders were like SCROUNDREL’s oath. Their oaths were like the words written on the surface of the water with a stick.

8.3       Since many decades the Muslims infiltrators including the local Muslims have become vote bank of Nehruvian Congi-s and their cultural allies.

8.4       Yes. It is not a secret of the (Greater India’s) Indian Muslims, their ultimate aim is to change the demography of India. They openly says that their aim is to make whole India with a 100% Muslim Country. Despite of this, Nehruvian Congress and its cultural allies, openly invite Muslims of neighbouring countries. They exhibit their readiness to award all of them the citizenships of India. This is only for the sake to achieve power. The Nehcurivian Congi leaders and their cultural allied parties leaders too, very well aware of the fact that the majority Muslims support terrorists and anti-social elements. These leaders and their cross border supporters want that the Muslims must become the terrorists and they must paralyse India, so that they can achieve power and make money freely, and further continue their autocratic power easily.

9          How to make all the infiltrated Muslims, the citizens of India?

9.1       Aadhar Card is the proof of biometric identification of a person, though it cannot be the proof of citizenship. This is the verdict of the SC of India. This is because, anybody can have its Aadhar Card including an infiltrator. Despite of this, Mamata and her party, agitate on this point against Election Commission. We know that Election Commission does not have its own staff. The staff supplied to the EC is the deputed staff from revenue departments and the schools. All are liable to get easily pressurized. This is the fact. This cannot be refused.  

9.2       Mamata and her party members can even threat the Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah that they  would break the legs of Amit Shah if the SIR process would not be stopped. This indicates that TMC is capable to pressurize the deputed staff from the state revenue department to the current SIR very easily. No undertaking certificate given by the staff members would work.

9.3       Once the Muslim Infiltrators are made citizens of India, under the current SIR, it would be the great disaster not only for the West Bengal but also for the whole of India in a very short time to come. This would be, due to the heavy change in the demography. It would create Kairana and Kashmir everywhere.

9.4       We know very well that what had been happened with poor voters who had not voted for Mamata in Nandigram constituency where Mamata was defeated. Mamata Government had given the full liberty to the Muslim infiltrators to execute genocide on these poor Hindus. No positive and meaningful actions had/has been taken till this date, by Mamata government. Mamata did not care to see that the deserted Hindus by her Vote-Bank-Gundas, can get rehabilitated. Mamata who had been failed wilfully to take actions against the culprits who deserted the Hindus of Nandigram.

9.5       It appears beyond doubt that Mamata has given standing instructions to beat/kill BJP workers canvassing for BJP.

10        Why should we worry?

10.1     CEC / EC of the state, is not taking any cognizance on the poor Hindu VOTERS of the Nandigram..

10.2     SC / HC judiciary is not taking any SUO MOTTO on the CM Mamata and her members who threatens, abuses, puts false allegations on EC openly. Actually SC/HC judiciary is supposed to issue a Legal Notice to Mamata and her Government as to how many BJP workers are killed during her holding the office of the CM West Bengal and what is the progress in each murder.

10.3 It is a matter of research as to why the SC/HC and CEC not asking the Central Government as to what is its criteria have they got to impose President Rule on West Bengal.

10.4 People of India does not want Narendra Modi Team to worry of Victim card, likely to be played by Mamata. The President rule on West Bengal is highly justified well before the SIR and the Assembly Elections.

11      No biometric identification has been introduced to check the voter for its citizenship.

11.1 There is no instruction to the BLO, to check the voter with biometric identification,  who came to cast its vote. Due to this lacuna, all the other precautions will become ineffective.

11..2   Is it not a matter of research as to why the CEC, SC, HC  are silent?

BJP Government (Modi Team) might be under impression that Mamata will learn of her own, from the defeat of opposition parties in Bihar, but in reality Mamata will get spoiled herself. Mamata vomit more and more poison on Hindus

In the above hymn the lesson is that, by the given advice and time (giving more and more chances to improve) to a traitor, spoils herself/himself (viz. Mamata and her party members), is just like giving more and more milk to a snake, as this increases more and more poison.

आदि वोट चोर नहेरु – १/३

वोट चोरी की परिभाषा क्या है वह तो राहुल घांडीको भी पता नहीं होगा. यदि होता तो वह प्रकट कर देता. कई लोगोंने यह प्रश्न उठाया भी है कि रा. गा. भाया, आपका वोटचोरीसे क्या मतलब है? लेकिन रा.गा. जी ने न्यायिक भाषामें बताया नहीं है.

चलो हम ही रा.गा.जीके कथनोंमेंसे उसकी परिभाषा सूचित करें.

एक चूनावमें “क” और “ख” दो प्रत्याशी है. “क” प्रत्याशी “भीजेपी” की तरफसे है और “ख” प्रत्याशी “खोंगी”की तरफसे है.    जनताने मतदान किया.

मत गणनामें “क” के समर्थनमें १०,१०,४१०  वोट पाये गये,  और “ख” के समर्थनमें ९, ४२,०८४० वोट पाये गये.

चूनाव अधिकारीने “क” को १६९९९० मतसे विजयी घोषित किया. “ख” की तरफसे न तो “ख” ने,  न तो “ख” के पक्ष की तरफसे किसी भी प्रकारका, न प्रश्न उठाया न तो विरोध किया न तो फरियाद किया.

लेकिन एक वर्ष बाद एक दिन खांगी पक्षमें रहे विशाखानंदनकी तबियत गुदगुदाई. उसने “वोट चोरी, वोट चोर, वोट चोरी, वोट चोर, वोट चोरी, वोट चोर, का गाना चालु किया.

वैसे तो वह विशाखानंदन न्यायालयमें जाके केस दर्ज कर सकता था. लेकिन न्यायालयमें तो तर्कसे शुध्ध चर्चा करना पडता है और साक्ष्य द्वारा आधार भी देना पडता है. विशाखानंदन ही नहीं उसके पक्षमें भी कोई माईका लाल लघु-गुरु विशाखानंदन के बसकी बात नहीं थी जो जूठको सच सिध्ध कर दें.

हाँ एक बात अवश्य थी कि वह बार बार इस गानेको गा गा के आम जनताके मनमें  “कुछ तो गलत हुआ है” ऐसा आभास उत्पन्न करना चाहता था.

वह कैसे?

अरे भाई इस विशाखानंदनके पूर्वजोंके समय तो चूनाव आयुक्त “खांगी” पक्षका बंधवा सेवक था. क्योंकि नहेरुने और खोंगी पक्षने, स्वातंत्र्यके उष्ण युगके युध्धमें, वास्तविक विशाखानंद बनके, काम किया था. और वे समज़ते थे कि देश पर शासन करना और अमीर शिरोमणी बनना तो उनका ही खानदानी अधिकार है. केवल जे. एल. नहेरु ही नहीं, उनके सभी अनुज (फरजंदान = नहेरुवीन्स) तो रोयल है, और वे नियमसे उपर है.

वोट चोरीका जन्म

जेल. एल. नहेरुने कैसे वोट-चोरीको जन्म दिया?

१९४६ में भारतके कोंग्रेस पक्षको अपना नेता चूनना था. तत्कालिन  केंद्रीय कारोबारीने, राज्योंकी कारोबारीसे मत मांगे. १४ राज्योंकी कारोबारीने सरदार पटेलको वोट दिया और १ राज्यकी कारोबारीने क्रिपलानीजीको वोट दिया.

अब पूरी कहानी समज़ीये. यह सच्चा अवलोकन है.

एम. के. गांधीजी अपने खंडमें बैठे थे. जे. एल. नहेरु अंदर आये. उनके आते ही गांधीजीने बताया कि किसी भी राज्यकी कारोबारीने आपको मत नहीं दिया है. सरदार पटेलको १४ राज्योंकी कारोबारीने मत दिया है. एक मत क्रीपलानीजीको मिला है.

आदि वोट चोर नहेरु – २/३

गत प्रकरणमें हमने देखा था कि … नहेरुने अपना  कोंग्रेस प्रमुख बनने के लिये आवेदन तो दिया …

कहानी कुछ इस प्रकारकी थी.

ध्यानसे समज़ीये. यही १०० प्रतिशत सच है.

एम. के. गांधीजी अपने खंडमें बैठे थे. जे. एल. नहेरु अंदर आये. उनके आते ही गांधीजीने उनको कहा कि किसी भी राज्यकी कारोबारीने आपके समर्थनमें मत (वोट) नहीं दिया है. सरदार पटेलको १४ राज्योंकी कारोबारीने मत दिया है. एक मत क्रीपलानीजीको मिला है.

यदि जे. एल. नहेरुमें तनिक मात्र भी नीतिमत्ता होती तो वे अपना प्रमुखवाला आवेदन पत्रका वापस ले लेते.

लेकिन जे. एल. नहेरु अपना मुख व्यग्र करके और अपने दो हाथोंकी दो मूठ्ठीया जोरसे दबाके खंडमेंसे निकल गये.

अब एक बाद ध्यानसे समज़लो.

गांधीजी कहा करते थे कि मैं जवाहरको समज़ सकता हूँ, लेकिन उसके समाजवादको नहीं समज़ता. गांधीजीके हिसाबसे ये सभी वाद बौध्धिक व्यायाम है.

नहेरु जिस प्रकारका मूँह बनाके खंडसे बाहर निकल गये थे इससे गांधीजीको लगा कि … (चूंकि गांधीजी नहेरुको बराबर समज़ते थे), नहेरु अब कोई पराक्रम (एडवेन्चर) करनेवाले है.

नहेरुके किस पराक्रमसे गांधीजीको भय था.

नहेरुने, कोंग्रेसके अंदर ही अपना एक अनौपचारिक, पर बहु चर्चित, गुट बनाके रक्खा था. उसका नाम था समाजवादी ग्रुप. कोंग्रेसके अंदर और कोंग्रेसके बाहर, नहेरु अपनी ड्रामाबाजीके कारण ठीक ठीक लोकप्रिय थे

नहेरुका ध्येय सत्ता था. गांधीजी  नहेरुके  लिये एक सीढी थी. कोंग्रेस संगठन पर उनका कब्जा नहीं था. उनका प्रतिस्पर्धी सरदार पटेल थे. नहेरु अपने सदस्योंके द्वारा सरदार पटेल अमीरोंके पीठ्ठु है, मूडीवादी है, बुर्ज़वा है … आदि गालीयां दिलवाया करते थे. कोंग्रेसके संगठनमें कई और वरिष्ठ नेता थे. वे सरदार पटेलकी असीमित क्षमताको जानते थे. सरदार पटेलकी असीमित क्षमता तभी उजागर हुई जब उन्होंने ५५०+ देशीराज्योंका विलय भारतमें करवा दिया. लेकिन वह समय, अभी आनेको बाकी था.

नहेरुने  सोचा कि;

यदि मैं कोंग्रेसको तोड दूं तो कोंग्रेसके समाजवादी गुटमेंसे तो कई लोग मेरे पक्षमें आजायेंगे और कोंग्रेसके बाहर जो जनसमुदाय है उसमेंसे भी, युवा लोग मेरे साथ आजायेंगे. मेरी तो ब्रीटीश सरकारसे अच्छी बनती है, तो ब्रीटीश सरकार भी मेरी मदद करेगी. मेरे तो कई मुस्लिम लोग, मित्र भी है. वैसे भी, उनको पता है कि मैं अकस्मातसे ही हिंदु हूँ. संस्कारसे तो मैं मुस्लिम हूँ. कमसे कम यदि मैं हिंदीभाषी राज्योंका तो, एक देश, बना ही सकता हूँ. अब तो सुभाष भी नहीं है, तो मेरा प्रतिस्पर्धी कोई भी नहीं है. हाँ जीन्ना है. तो उसको तो मैं उसका पाकिस्तान दे दुंगा.  

उस समयकी परिस्थितिको समज़लो.

ब्रीटनसे केबीनेट मीशन भारतको स्वातंत्र्य देनेकी शर्तों पर परामर्श  करनेके लिये आनेवाला था. उस समय यदि कोंग्रेसका विभाजन हो जाय तो विभाजित कोंग्रेस कमजोर पड ही सकती है और केबीनेट मीशनके साथ मोलतोल, बातचीत समज़ौता करनेमें कमजोर कोंग्रेस देशके हितवाले निर्णय करवानेमें असफल भी हो सकती थीं. यह भी हो सकता है कि देशके कमसे कम दस बारा टूकडे हो जाय. पाकिस्तान, उत्तर भारत, दलितस्तान, खालिस्तान, द्रविडीस्तान, कश्मिर राज्य, मराठा महादेश, हैदराबाद, जुनागढ, आर्यव्रत, बंग्लादेश, पख्तुनीस्तान, बलुचीस्तान, … न जाने क्या क्या ….  

गांधीजीको लगा कि ऐसी परिस्थितिमें कोंग्रेसमें विभाजन नहीं होना चाहिये. सरदार पटेल से बातचीत करनी पडेगी.

गांधीजी सरदार पटेलसे मिले. गांधीजीने सरदार पटेलको सारी परिस्थिति समज़ाई. उनको गृहमंत्री बनाना था. यह सब एक हंगामी व्यवस्था थी. जनतंत्रमें कुछ भी “यावत् चंद्र दिवाकरौ” जैसा होता नहीं है. स्वातंत्र्य मिल जाय, और स्वतंत्र भारतमें संविधान लागु हो जाय और जनतंत्र के अनुसार आम चूनाव हो जाय तब तककी यह व्यवस्था थी.

गांधीजीकी बात, सरदार पटेल मान गये. गांधीजीने सरदार पटेलसे वचन ले लिया कि वे कोंग्रेसको तूटने नहीं देंगे.  क्रिपलानीजी भी मान गये.

लेकिन जवाहरको तो एक भी वोट नहीं मिला था. उसका क्या? क्रिपलानीजी ने बताया कि मैं जवाहरकी फेवरमें मेरा आवेदन वापस ले लुंगा.

गांधीजी वैसे तो कोंग्रेसके आम सदस्य भी नहीं थे. लेकिन कोंग्रेस, गांधीजीको सलाह देनेको आमंत्रित करती थी. गांधीकी सलाह मानना और न मानना कोंग्रेसकी कारोबारीकी मुनसफ्फीकी बात थी. कोंग्रेसको खुदकी जीम्मेवारी पर सोच समज़के निर्णय लेनेका था.

जब कोंग्रेसकी केंद्रीय कारोबारीकी मीटींग हुई तो गांधीजीने अपनी सलाह प्रकट की.

वल्लभभाई पटेल ने अपना आवेदन वापस लिया.

क्रिपलानी जी ने अपना आवेदन जवाहरकी फेवरमें परत ले लिया.

लो जवाहरका एक वोट बन गया.

और कोई तो स्पर्धक था ही नहीं. जवाहर कोंग्रेसके प्रमुख घोषित हो गये.

मतलब की जवाहरलाल नहेरुने क्रिपलानीजीका एक मतको सबकी आँखोके सामने चूरा लिया. जवाहरका प्लान सदाकाल प्रधानमंत्री बनना लेकिन उन्होंने वह घोषित नहीं किया.

क्या इस घटनासे जवाहरकी अनीतिमत्ता प्रकट नहीं होती? अवश्य होती है.

लेकिन कुछ लोग कहेंगे कि गांधीजीको लगा कि जवाहरलाल नहेरु कोंग्रेसको तोडने वाले थे ऐसा तीकडम गांधीजीने क्यूँ चलाया? यह जूठ भी तो हो सकता था.

भाया जी. जब कोई देश नाजूक परिस्थितिमेंसे पसार होता है तब सुज्ञ आदमी ३६० डीग्री सोचता है. वह  संशयात्मक कदम उठानेका खतरा मोल नहीं सकता.

वैसे भी गांधीजीका संशय सच ही सिध्ध हुआ. याद करो. जब इंदिरा पर सत्ता खोनेका वख्त आया तो उसने १९६९में कोंग्रेसका विभाजन कर ही दिया था. उतना ही नहीं १९७५में संविधानको डूबोके देशवासीयोंके मानवीय अधिकारोंका ही नहीं, उनके  प्राकृतिक अधिकारोंका भी हनन कर दिया था. इंदिराने न्यायालयमें शपथ ले कर कहलवाया था कि आपात्कालमें सरकार किसी भी व्यक्तिकी हत्या कर सकती है. अंततोगत्त्वा गांधीजीकी धारणा सही ही निकली.

गांधीजीको भी कभी कभी जनहितमें “गेम” खेलना पडता था. नहेरुको नेता बनाये अवश्य, लेकिन गांधीजीने गेमके अपने सभी पन्ने खोल दिये नहीं थे.  

लेकिन चर्चाका विषय है वोट – चोरी

आदि वोट-चोर नहेरु – ३/३

जे.एल. नहेरुके जमानेमें मतपत्रकोंके डीब्बे ही गुम कर दिये जाते थे.

इंदिरा नहेरु-घांडीके समयमें तो माफिया-गुंडा राजका जन्म करवाया गया था, उनकी मददसे पोलींगबुथ पर कबजा करके फर्जी मतदान करवाया जाने लगा था.

इंदिरा गांधीकी मृत्युके कुछ समय बाद माफिया-गुंडे लोगोंने सोचा कि यदि हमारी मददसे ये कोंगीलोग चूनाव जितते हैं तो हम ही क्यूं न जनप्रतिनिधि बने !!  बुथ-केप्चरीगका धंधा और व्यापक हो गया.

शेषन आया

एक शेषन नामका चूनाव आयुक्त आया.

उसने शासकको कहा कि;

मैं आपका बंधवा नहीं हूँ.

आप सब लोग संविधानके प्रावधानोंसे बध्ध है,

शेषनने, चूनाव आयोगके कर्मचारी गण को एवं चूनाव आयोगके अफसरोंको भी अवगत किया कि;

आप मूषक नहीं हो. आप शेर हो. आपको कोई “पूनर् मुषकः भव” ऐसा नहीं कह सकता.

लेकिन चूनाव आयोगका कर्मचारीगण तो, राज्योंके राजस्व विभागसे ही प्रतिनियुक्त हो के (डेप्युटेशन पर) चूनाव आयोगमें चूनावसे संबंधित काम करने के लिये आते है. वैसे भी जो भारतीय सेवा अधिकारीगण तो  बंधवा नहीं होते है क्यों कि वे तो सेवा नियमोंसे अतिसुरक्षित है.

अरे भाया, लक्ष्मी भी तो कोई चिज है न ?

लक्ष्मीको कैसे ठुकरा सकते है ! बाँये हाथकी कमाईमें सुरक्षा देनेवाले तो नहेरुवीअन्स और / या तो उनके सहयोगी (वकीलगणका सुस्थापित नेट वर्क सहित) ही तो होते है.

वैसे भी अधिकतर अफसरगण, जनप्रतिनिधियोंसे  उपकृत होते हैं. बाँयें हाथकी कमायीमें आदतसे विवश होते है. अरे भाया !! नहेरुवीअन्स और उनके सहयोगी नेतागण (ममता) खुले आम, चूनाव आयोगके कर्मचारीगणको धमकी भी देते है.

रा. गा. जी को ठीक तरहसे पता है कि अपने पक्षके शासनकालमें अपना पक्ष क्या क्या कुकर्म करता था. मीडीयाको गोदमें रखता था, चूनाव आयोगको बंधवा मज़दुर बनाके रखता था, श्यामा लक्ष्मी पर कोई पाबंदी नहीं थी, मी लोर्ड्ज़ सब, हमको ही “मी लोर्ड” कहके संबोधन करते थे, जासूसी तंत्र विपक्ष पर ही जासूसी करता था. प्रवर्तन निदेशालय हम और हमारे चहितोंको स्पर्ष भी नही कर सकता था. हम ही अपने विरोधीयों पर गलत ही सही, आक्षेप ही करवाते थे उतना ही नहीं उनको दशकों तक कारावासमॅ ठूंस देते थे. वैसे तो वे लोग निर्दोष ही होते थे और छूट भी जाते थे.

तो क्या हूआ. हम तो हम है. नहेरुके बायोलोजीकल वंशज !! समज़े न समज़े ? 

क्या नरेंद्र मोदीजी चुनाव आयुक्तके लिये स्वतंत्र कर्मचारीगण की नियुक्ति करेंगे?

जनगणना आयोग और चूनाव आयोगको नागरिकता आयोग बनाके इनको संमिलित करके एक स्वतंत्र आयोगका गठन हो सकता है. ऐसा करने से “प्रतिनियुक्ति”की प्रणालीसे मूक्ति मिल सकती है. राजस्व विभाग और शिक्षकों परका अवलंबन दूर होगा और वे अपने रुटीन काम पर अधिक ध्यान दे पायेंगे..

जेन झी और भारत

आजकल, रा.गा. जी जो जनरेशन झेड (जेन झी,) के लिये भारतके युवाओंको उकसानेकी भरपुर कोशिस कर रहे है. याद करो नेपाल, बंगलादेश, … विदेशकी डीप स्टेट ताकतोंने चूनी हुई सरकार को गीराया. रा.गा. जी समज़ते है कि  भारतमें भी वे ऐसा कर सकते है.

अरे भाया रा.गा.जी, आपने भारतका इतिहास तो पढा नहीं है, लेकिन आपने आपके पक्षका इतिहास भी कहां पढा है?

भारतमें तो ज़ेन झी कभीका हो गया.

रा. गा. जी, आप पहेले यह भेद समज़ो. भारतके युवा नहेरुवीयनोंकी तरह अनपढ और हिंसक नहीं है. भारत एक अतिप्राचीन देश है.

१९७१ जब इंदिरा गांधीने सेनाकी विजयको अपने नाम कर दी और राज्योंमें चूनाव करवाके सभी राज्योंकी विधान सभाओंको भारी बहुमतसे जीत लिया था. लेकिन सेनाकी विजय तो सेनाकी ही होती है. सेनाकी विजयको अपने नाम करनेसे आपमें दक्षता आ जाती नहीं है.

इंदिरा गांधीको जिस बातपर अपनी शासकीय दक्षता दिखानेकी थी वह सिमला समझौताके अंतर्गत वह संपूर्णतया विफल रही और सेनाके अभूतपूर्व विजयको घोर पराजयमें परिवर्तित कर दिया.

जेन झी – ०१, गुजरात १९७४ (नवनिर्माण)

१९७२ चूनावमे गुजरातमें कोंगी को १४० सीटें मिली थीं. विपक्षको केवल २८ सीटें मिली थीं. जिनमें जनसंघ ३ और कोंग्रेस (ओ) को १६ सीटें मिली थीं. मतलब विपक्ष मृतप्रायः अवस्थामें आ गया था.

उस समय जेन झी गुजरातमें शुरु हुआ. गुजरात एक सुशिक्षित राज्य है. गुजरात हिंसा को भी समज़ता है और अहिंसाको भी समज़ता है.

अहिंसा सापेक्ष होती है. जहाँ एक डंडा मारनेकी आवश्यकता है वहाँ केवल एक ही डंडा मारना चाहिये. वहाँ दो डंडा नहीं मारना चाहिये. एक डंडा मारना अहिंसा है. दो डंडा मारना हिसा है.

१९७४में अहिंसक आंदोलनों द्वारा गुजरातके युवाओंने विधान सभाका विसर्जन करवाया. फिरसे चूनाव करवाया और विधान सभामें जीत हांसिल की.

गुजरातके आंदोलनसे तो सर्वोदयवादी और महात्मा गांधीके अनुयायी जयप्रकाश नारायणने भी प्रेरणा ली. और फिर जयप्रकाश नारायणने देशव्यापी आंदोलन शुरु किया.

इंदिरा गांधीको लगा कि जहाँ मुज़े १६८मेंसे १४० सीटें मिली थीं वहाँ पर भी मैं हार सकती हूँ तो फिर मैं तो गयी कामसे. और इंदिराने देश पर आपात्काल ठोक दिया.

जेन झी – ०२.  देशव्यापी – १९७७

भारत देश, दुनियाका सबसे पूराना जनतांत्रिक देश है. यहाँ की संस्कृति ही ऐसी है कि आखरी सत्ता हमेशा जनमान्य विद्वानोंके (ऋषियोंके) पास ही रहेती है. राजा(शासक) के पास नहीं.

यह भारत देश इंदिराके आपात्कालको नहीं सहन नहीं कर पाया. इंदिरा तो अपने पितासे भी कहीं अधिक अनपढ थी. उसको देशका इतिहास तो क्या भूगोलका भी ज्ञान नहीं था.  १९७७मे इंदिराके पक्षको ही नहीं लेकिन खुद इंदिराको भी हराया. यह था भारतका जेन झी – ०२.

जेन झी – ०३, गुजरात – २००२

जनवरी २००१ मे भयंकर भूकंप आय. सारा सरकारी तंत्र, विफल बन रहा था. बीजेपीमें भी भ्रष्टाचार घुस गया था.

महेश्वरने, अटल बिहारी बाजपाई को कानमें कहा; “ गुजरात बचाना है तो, नरेंद्र मोदीको मुख्य मंत्री बना दो”. नरेंद्र मोदी को पेरेशुट द्वारा अवतरित हुआ. वह भूकंपकी आफतको अवसरमें परिवर्तित करनेमें जूट गया. कई रिश्वतखोर और माफिया लोगोंको दंडित किया.

एक बार नरेंद्र मोदीने खेल खेलमें बोल दिया कि बीजेपीके शासनमें कोमी दंगे (हिंदु – मुस्लिम) बंद हो गये है. कोंगीयोंको लगा कि यह तो हम पर लागु पडती हुयी गाली है. कोंगीयोंने एक प्लान बनाया. अयोध्यासे आती साबरमती एक्सप्रेसके डीब्बे एस – ६ और ७ को गोधरा स्टेशनके पास, गाडीको रोक कर आग लगाके, अंदरके सभी लोगोंको जिंदा जला दिया. परिणाम स्वरुप प्रत्याघातमें हिंदु-मुस्लिम दंगे भडक उठे. नरेंद्र मोदीने पडोसी राज्योंसे, पोलीसकी मदद मांगी, लेकिन ये राज्य कोंगी शासित थे. उन्होंने कोई मदद नही की. नरेंद्र मोदीने केंद्रसे भी मदद मांगी. कैसे भी करके उसने अपना राज धर्म निभाया. यह सब कोंगी द्वारा सुनियोजित प्लान था. कोंगीने, नरेंद्र मोदीको देश विदेशमें अपने सुत्रोंद्वारा बदनाम कर दिया.

लेकिन गुजरातका युवा वर्ग मोदीके पक्षमें था. उसने गुजरातके २००२ के विधानसभा चूनावमें नरेंद्र मोदीको भारी बहुमतसे जिताया और कोंग्रेसको धराशायी कर दिया. यह था जेन झी – ०३ गुजरात – २००२. गुजरात हर विकासके क्षेत्रमें नंबर वन बन गया.

जेन झी – ०४, भारत – २०१४

कोंगीने २००४में, अफवाहों द्वारा, और गोदी मीडीयाके सहयोगसे “रंगा बील्ला”, महंगा कांदा, … आदि मुद्दोंको उछालके  बाजपाई सरकारको गिराया. और अन्य पक्षोंके सहयोगसे २००४का संसदके चूनावमें, जीत हांसिल कर दी. और अपनी दुकान फिरसे चालु कर दी.

खडाउ प्रधान मंत्री मन मोहन सिंह, सोनिया गांधीके आधिन थे. अनेक कौभांड किये. पूरे देशमें आतंकवाद फैला दिया. कहीं भी सुरक्षा नहीं थी. अनेकानेक जगह पर सीरीयल बोंब ब्लास्ट होने लगे थे.

फिरसे महेश्वरने “आर.एस.एस.” द्वारा बीजेपीकी केंद्रीय कारोबारीको कहेलवाया कि, नरेंद्र मोदीको अब देशका नेता बना दो. भारतने २०१४में नरेंद्र मोदीके नेतृत्वमें बीजेपीने बंपर जीत हांसिल की.

अरे भाया रा.गा. जी तुम देखते हो न कि नरेंद्र मोदीने अब तो देश और विदेशमें भी हर क्षेत्रमें अपना डंका बजा दिया है. यह है जेन झी – ४, भारत – २०१४.

अब आयेगा जेन झी – ०५ पृथ्वि – २०XX

ऑय इन्डी ठगमंडलके लोग !!  देखते रहो … देखते रहो … देखते ही रह जा ओगे.

भारत बनेगा प्रगतियुक्त देश 

यह भारत वर्ष है. जंबु द्वीप का हिस्सा. यहां जन्म लेना देवोंके लिये भी दुर्लभ है.

चमत्कृतिः

कोटी कोटी कंठोंसे आज निकली यही स्वरधारा,

यह हिंदोस्ताँ हमारा है ,यह भारतवर्ष हमारा है.

यहाँ प्रथम मानव ने खोले, निंदियारे लोचन अपने,

इसी नभ तले उसने देखे, शत-शत नवल सृजन सपने,

यहाँ उठे ‘स्वाहा’ के स्वर और, यहाँ ‘स्वधा’ के मंत्र बने,

ऐसा प्यारा देश पुरातन, ज्ञान-निधान हमारा है।

यह भारतवर्ष हमारा है, यह भारतवर्ष हमारा है.

क्या कुछ मी – लोर्डज़, न्यायिक कर्तव्योंको निभानेमें विश्वसनीय है?

लगता तो नहीं है. वैसे तो कई मी – लोर्ड्ज़ मीथ्या (अनावश्यक) कथन  कर देते है. यह बात अति सामान्य है कि जहाँ “सुओ मोट्टो” (स्वयं संज्ञान) लेना अत्यंत आवश्यक है वहाँ वे मौन धारण करते है. इस बातके अनेक उदाहरण मिलते है.

जे. एल. नहेरुके अनेक कदम जनतंत्र / संविधान / मानवीय अधिकारोंके विरुध्ध थे तो भी वे मौन रहे थे. कश्मिर (जे.के.)का संविधान और ३७० एवं ३५ए. “स्वयं संज्ञान” का संविधानमें प्रावधान होना जनतंत्रमें होना अनावश्यक था. नहेरु इंदिराके ऐसे कुकर्मोंकी सुची बनावे तो केवल सूचीका ही एक पुस्तक हो जायेगा.

आप कहोगे कि आज तो बीजेपी सरकारके विरुध्ध आदेश देना या अवांच्छित (अनकॉल्ड) टीप्पणी करना सियासती शृंगार है, तो पहेले मी – लॉर्ड्ज़ ये शृंगार क्यों अपनाते नहीं थे?

तो इसका उत्तर  सूनो.

नहेरु – ईंदिराके शासनकालमें विपक्षी नेताओंकी अज्ञात व्यक्तिओं द्वारा या आकश्मिक एवं गुह्य हत्याएं होती थी. तो इससे आप समज़ ज़ाओ.

मनुष्यको सबसे प्यारा क्या होता है?

ममताने क्या किया था?

आपने देखा होगा कि गत विधान सभा चूनावके समय पश्चिम बंगालमें, ममताने क्या किया था?

वह खुले आम सरकारी अफसरोंको  धमकी देती थी कि आपको निवृत्ति के बाद बॅंगालमें ही रहेना है. अरे ! ममता तो गवर्नर तक को धमकी देती थीं. केंद्रीय एजंसीयोंको पश्चिम बंगालमें जाँच तक नहीं करने देती थी. केंद्रीय एजंसीके अफसरोंको गिरफ्तार कर देती थी. ममता खूद धरना पर बैठ जाती थी.

याद करो गत चूनावमें उसके पक्षने बहुमत तो हांसिल कर दिया लेकिन वह स्वयं, अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्रसे हार गयी. ममताने अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्रके गरीब मतदारोंका क्या हाल किया था? उसने मुस्लिमों द्वारा इन गरीब मतदारोंपर बेरहमीसे हमला करवाया था. उनके उपर आतंक फैलाया. उनके घर जला दिया.  उनको अपने घरोंमेंसे निकालके भगाया था. उन्होंने भागकर आसाममे आश्रय लिया था. आज भी उनका ठिकाना पडा नहीं है. और जिन मुस्लिमों द्वारा इन हिंदुओं पर हमला करवाया था वे आतंकवादी लोग आरामसे पश्चिम बंगालमें घुम रहे है. किसीके भी उपर एक एफ. आई. आर. तक नहीं हुआ. दंडित करनेकी तो बात ही भूल जाओ.

मुख्य चूनाव आयुक्तने मुख्य मंत्रीसे यह पूछा था

याद करो जब गोधरा काण्ड के बाद गुजरातमें हिंदु – मुस्लिम दंगा हुआ था. उसमें कुछ मुस्लिम परिवारोंने स्थानांतर किया था और उनको सरकारने रहेने की व्यवस्था कर दी थी. कुछ महिनोंके बाद, सब मुस्लिम लोग अपने घर पर वापिस भी आ गये थे. चूनाव आ रहा था. तब उस समयके मुख्य चूनाव आयुक्तने मुख्य मंत्रीसे यह पूछा था कि “पहेले ये बताओ कि सभी मुस्लिम लोग अपने घर वापस आ गये या नहीं? अभी कितने बाकी है?

मुख्य मंत्रीने कहा था, कि अभी एक भी मुस्लिम परिवार निराश्रित केंपमें नहीं है.

आजके वरिष्ठ चूनाव आयोगकी तो बात छोडो, क्या उच्च न्यायालयके मी – लोर्डकी भी हिमत है कि ममताको चार वर्षके बाद भी सवाल करने कि हिमत करें कि वे प्रताडित गरीब हिंदुओंका हाल क्या है? कितने वापस आये और कितने वापस आना बाकी है?

वास्तविकता यह है कि भारतके प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और उनकी बीजेपी सरकार मानवीय अधिकारोंकी सुरक्षाके विषयमें कई लाख गुना विश्वसनीय है.
