The known issue with RSS Feed Scanner has been resolved upstream. This was not an issue with tvRSS. |

We are aware that some clients are not downloading torrents correctly. I would like to remind everyone that we have no control over what gets posted to the feeds. I do know that uTorrent is working fine. Some people appear to be having issues with the Azureus/Vuze plugin "RSS Feed Scanner." This is clearly an issue with the plugin itself, not the site or the new URL schema. Please do not contact support asking to fix this issue. |

I'm getting lots of e-mails lately from people asking to add certain shows. |

I've been getting a few reports about issues with torrents and the feeds in general. While I do not always respond to your e-mails, I do investigate the issues reported. As you may know, Mininova is having major issues, which may prevent you from downloading your torrents. This is not in my control. |

I just became aware of some unexpected downtime. I found out that the server that tvRSS is on was completely powered off. I am not aware of any particular reason this could happen (aside from typing halt in a terminal, or something), but I didn't do that. |

tvRSS will be down for a few hours in the afternoon this Saturday (17-Jul-2008) (Pacific Time) as the server will be rebuilt. You will not be able to access tvRSS during this time. |

To avoid issues with spam, I have decided to delete some old and outstanding forum user accounts. |

I was taking a look at the bandwidth graphs the other day and noticed an unusually large amount of traffic coming out of the server. After looking into it further, I've determined that many people are refreshing the same feed over and over again. Instead of limiting retardedly programmed clients, I implemented the following change that should leave no one in the dark. Code:16086 82.208.x.x 20828 82.165.x.x 21965 76.252.x.x 24211 65.214.x.x 24878 76.247.x.x 28262 78.86.x.x 29188 218.186.x.x 34564 81.231.x.x 37378 209.85.x.x 97263 70.187.x.x 257906 69.225.x.x The first number being the number of hits per day. The last entry is the most amusing. |
