Tweed Valley and Byron Bay

For many days I’ve been thinking about getting up and go to the gym down here in the Beuaitiful Tweed Valley with its caldera and Mt Warning just up the road; well to be honest it wasn’t my idea but my kids…”Dad you need to go to the gym” statements reverberate around my house on a regular basis…. I was almost set to go and sign up, shave my back and legs and look silly like all the others flex in the mirrors. And then it happened, that terible show called Download came on tele and low and behold there was a chimpanzee (in Japan) working out and doing sit ups.  There is a show called ‘Are you smarter than a Fifth grader’….and now I’m thinking “Are you more Capable at the Gym than a Primate”…and sadly to both, the answer is No.  So check out this youtube video of a very annoying Chimpanzee.
