He was Managing Director of Eco Sustainability Group, Asia Pacific CFO of Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: DAL.MI), Deputy Group CFO of Hi-P International (erstwhile SGX: H17), and Director of Finance for Asia of Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI).

Contribute to the profession through teaching at Singapore Management University MSc Accounting's Managing Sustainable Value Creation module, serving on ACRA Professional Education Council and ISCA CFO Committee, previously was ISCA Treasurer and Council Member, and ACCA Singapore Network Panel member and SME Transformation Committee Chairman.

Author of "From Ledger to Leader: Critical Thinking Stories for Finance Leaders", hold a PhD General Management from Singapore Management University, MBA from University of Hull, FCCA, FCA (Singapore). Hold GHG Lead Verifier (ISO 14064), ISCA Sustainability Professional Certification, and Carbon Neutrality (ISO 14068) credentials.
