Here is some info about ACPU Government:

Our Bases:

Ice Bound: Capital, ACPU bas and an ACPU stronghold.

Shiver: Training grounds,we train new soldiers here.

Icicle: Embassy, other armies and their members can do as they please here.

Marshmallow: Meeting place, we have meetings here.

We set up our bases in the the third list on the America servers. If you want to set up a base on one of the servers above, ask us, and we’ll hopefully accept. This is obviously a land grant. If we got at war with you, we’ll cancel the land grant.

These are our current servers. As we evolve, we will eventually get more and more servers.

Government ranks:

The ACPU nation has a Democratic Republic. You probably know what that means. Anyways, Here are the ranks:

President(Leader): The president is not elected and cannot be impeached, or fired from his position.

Vice President (Co-Leader): The vice president is elected, and there is no time limit in which to serve. The only ways to get a new one are to either get fired by the president or impeached with a vote. They can also elect a new one if the old one retires for some reason. If the vice president becomes impeached or fired, they will become citizens again.

Top Senator (General):These people must be elected. Each one will only serve for 2 months unless they get impeached with a vote or fired by the president or retire. When this happens, a new one will be elected. The top senators will become normal citizens after they retire, or they will be reelected.

Senator (Admiral): These people must be elected. Each one will only serve for 2 months unless they get impeached with a vote or fired by the president or retire. When this happens, a new one will be elected. The top senators will become normal citizens after they retire, or they will be reelected.

Citizen: Whoever isn’t elected is a citizen.

When making decisions, everyone will vote, but the government’s votes will have more influence.

Citizenship, Laws, and Voting

Everyone who joins is a citizen. There are a few rewards for becoming a citizen:

-Citizens get to vote

-ACPU government will listen to the citizens more than non-ACPU people. Citizens also get more respect.

-In coin lotteries(Which we have every 2 weeks) citizens get to pick two numbers instead of 1.

– Citizens get to take part in government negotiations.

-Much more!

Laws:

1.You cannot start a war of any kind.

2.You may cannot ally with any army unless you are part of another army who wants to ally with the ACPU.

3.You may not make a secret rebellion against us with anybody else.

4.You cannot have a double life in the nation.

5.You cannot overthrow anyone in the government

6.You cannot spy for another army

Army Rules:

You MUST wear the ACPU uniform, unless you are a spy.

Follow orders given to you by superior soldiers

Don’t fight with anyone in the ACPU or fight with an ally.

Do not attack anyone unless they attack you are a superior soldier orders you to do so.

If you break a rule you will be banned from the army for 1 hour. If you break 2 you will be banned for 1 day. If you break 3 you will be banned for a week. If you have an active criminal record, you will be banished from the army.

Voting:We choose our leaders through voting. All citizens are allowed to vote, but banished citizens and non-citizens are not allowed to vote.Wo hold elections every 2 months and whenever a Vice President retires. Here’s what happens when we vote:

-Who ever wants to be elected will submit their penguin name

-We hold 10 polls total, and the winners from each poll go to the semi finals.

-If you are not elected in the semi finals, and you have a low score, you are a senator. If you have a neutral amount you are a Top Senator. The winners will go to the finals

-In the Finals, the winner is Vice President.We can only hold Finals if the Vice President is retires or is impeached.

Allies are allowed to:

-Vote

-Go on the ACPU chatbox

-Go to meetings if they are invited

-And obviously can fight alongside the ACPU and can invite the ACPU to do so in their wars.
