As we approach the end of 2025, I want to reflect on yet another extraordinary year for Saxo. This year has been marked by growth, new milestones, challenges, and the announcement of a new majority shareholder.   A few things are fundamental to us at Saxo: ensuring the well-being of our clients and partners, allowing us to be running a great company with great people and culture, always focused on client satisfaction, and leveraging technology and great processes.   I believe trust is earned over time, and by staying true to our principles of seeking win-win outcomes, using common sense, and taking ownership. While we continue to grow, we continue to safeguard that trust, our culture, and our purpose. At Saxo, we do the right things for the right reasons, and the dedication of our clients, partners and Saxonians, fuels our progress. Ready, player, GO! The Saxo AI hackathon declares its winner ⭐ Over the last couple of weeks, the AI Hackathon has been a close competition of creative ideas focused entirely on client-facing innovation. The event showed exactly what happens when you give a group of bold Saxonians 48 hours, a clear challenge, and the freedom to set the terms of what Saxo’s future could look like. More than 20 teams joined the hackathon, representing many corners of the organisation who teamed up for the challenge. In just two intensive days, the results delivered not just ideas, but real, functioning prototypes that were just about ready for implementation. The “Am I AI” team, developed by Senior Developer, Saar Paz ran with the victory - but the hackathon was never about crowning a single winner. Many prototypes are now being reviewed as potential input to product backlogs, internal tools, minimum viable products (MVPs), and inspiration for future AI initiatives.
