Admin account stuck in its last state until Doctrine cache expires

Bug Report

Deactivating an admin account from the admin panel and reactivating it from the database will not allow it to authenticate.

Similarily, deactivating an admin account from the database will allow it to authenticate as long as their previous active state is cached by Doctrine.
