@scott-weeden in October of last year your Copilot for Individuals subscription was refunded (pro-rata) as your account was invited to join a Copilot for Business organisation. This organisation "adopted" your Copilot seat, causing the refund event and that org to take up payment henceforth.

It looks like that organisation removed your Copilot seat a few weeks ago.

Those are all the details I can share via this forum. Please contact support, or the organisation who was providing your account with Copilot access. Thank you.
