Hi there. I received an account suspension notice for violation of ToS but I cannot understand why.
I lodged a support request on 2 April (Ticket ID: 2706399).
Despite this I am still being charged for access to Copilot.
I understand the support volume is such that responding promptly is difficult, but continuing to charge me and not responding after 9 days does not seem fair since I rely on my account every day.
I would appreciate it if support could advise me on how to restore my account's reputation promptly. If restoring my account is not possible, I hope you can stop charging me. I feel this is an insult to me as a compliant user. You have thoroughly disappointed me.
