i too faced like this issue they said i have created multiple users in my account i haven't done any and as i contact about this issue they doesn't responding to me now i can't able to use github education I'm broke now |

If your account got flagged you probably called someone a slur or your account got hacked and a bot is running in ur GitHub account and etc etc |

same my account has also been flaged i created an ticket id #3807859 the flag was taken off but after again some time it got flaged again i donot know why plz can some one help me i have again created an ticket id #3812327 but no ans |

Unfortunately, once an account is flagged or suspended, only GitHub Trust & Safety can review and lift the restriction — community members or moderators can’t directly intervene. Here are a few helpful tips that may improve your chances and speed things up: Wait patiently after your support request. Reviews are manual and may take several business days. Sending multiple requests can delay the process. Reply to your existing support ticket (instead of opening new ones) if you have updates or new information. If you suspect automated flagging due to high activity, clearly mention in your email that your posts were genuine contributions — avoid using templates or AI-generated responses, as GitHub’s moderation system flags repetitive content patterns. Once reinstated, try to space out replies, avoid mass posting, and ensure all answers are written in your own words — this helps prevent future automated flags. Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out to the community for some advice on a pressing issue with my GitHub account.
Background
Recently, my GitHub account was flagged, and I received the following message:
I've been actively participating in GitHub Discussions, providing answers and support to various users. I suspect my account might have been flagged due to high-frequency activity, as I've been quite active in responding to queries. My intention was purely to help and contribute positively to the community.
Actions Taken So Far
Current Situation
Despite my efforts, I haven't received any resolution from GitHub Support. My account being flagged is significantly impacting my ability to contribute to my projects and collaborate with others, and it's also affecting my Student Developer Pack application.
