Dear GitHub Support Team, I recently had my GitHub account suspended immediately after posting a discussion regarding setting up preview deployments for PRs. The discussion was purely technical and did not contain any offensive, harmful, or policy-violating content. It focused on automating preview environments using Zappa for the backend and Cloudflare Pages for the frontend. To verify whether the issue was specific to my account or the discussion itself, I created a new account and posted the same discussion. However, that account was also suspended right after posting. This does not seem to make sense, as the content was strictly related to workflow automation and did not violate any community guidelines. I kindly request a review of this suspension and clarification on what might have triggered it. If there is any unintentional issue with my post, I’d appreciate guidance on how to adjust it rather than facing an outright suspension. Thank you for your time and assistance. My GitHub account was suddenly suspended without any prior notice or explanation, which has seriously affected my work. I was actively contributing to an open-source project as part of Google Summer of Code (GSoC), and this unexpected suspension has put me at a major disadvantage.

Last night, I opened a discussion in an open-source repository, and when I woke up, I received a message from my mentor informing me that my account had been suspended. I had no warnings, no emails, and no indication of what might have triggered this.
I immediately submitted a support ticket (ID: 3209718) through GitHub’s support page, but with the high volume of requests, I fear that my issue might take too long to be addressed. This is a critical time for my project, and I cannot afford to fall behind due to an issue beyond my control.
My entire work, repositories, and contributions are now inaccessible, and I have no idea what caused this suspension. Without any transparency from GitHub, I am left completely in the dark. This worries me not just for my current work but for future projects as well.
I have noticed that many other users have faced similar account suspensions without warning, often struggling to get a response from GitHub. It raises the question—are users on the free plan given less priority when it comes to support?
I sincerely request GitHub to look into this matter urgently and reinstate my account as soon as possible. If there was a misunderstanding or issue, I am more than willing to comply with any necessary steps to resolve it.
If anyone else has faced this issue or has any advice on how to expedite the resolution, please share your experience. I just want to get back to contributing and working on my project without unnecessary delays.
