However, I haven't found the entrance to cancel my subscription according to your instructions, and I haven't received any confirmation email regarding the cancellation either. The emergency contact method you provided seems to only direct me back to the loop of submitting tickets rather than solving the problem instantly. I now hope to cancel my subscription quickly instead of dealing with the issue in this endless loop.
