I submitted a request for my Sponsorship account a few weeks ago, but it was never approved.

In my dashboard, the only information I see is:

Your profile isn't live yet. We need more information to continue.

Publish your GitHub Sponsors profile
You've submitted your profile for approval! Your profile will go live as soon as it's approved by a staff member.

I’ve filled out all the required information, so I’m unsure what might be missing from my application. It seems possible that a system issue or bug might have caused my request to get stuck or lost.

Is there something that GitHub needs from my side?

Make sure all required information (bio, payout, and tax details) is complete, check your email for any requests from GitHub, and if everything looks correct, contact GitHub Support
under the Sponsors category to ask them to review or re-trigger your approval.
