Hi everyone, Just an update: my account has now been successfully restored, and I have regained access to my repositories. My account (vmoranv) was suddenly suspended right after I submitted an issue to IMG_PROMPT_API. There was no warning, no email, no security alert, nothing at all. It just instantly locked me out, and now all API requests for my user return 404, which looks like the account was removed before I even received any notice.
I submitted ticket #3952963, but it has been several days with zero response. No updates, no follow-up, nothing. I’ve already checked all spam folders and there is absolutely no communication from GitHub.
This account is very important for me and my team. We maintain multiple active projects together,they even couldn't review my PR, and losing access has disrupted our work. I genuinely don’t know what caused this — I was simply trying to submit an issue to a repository when the suspension happened.
Is this normal? Has anyone experienced GitHub completely ignoring tickets for several days without a single reply? Any advice on how to get this reviewed by an actual human?
