Sorry this happened, that sounds really frustrating, especially after already using part of the Pro+ quota. From the symptoms it looks like a sync/billing error between Google Play and GitHub rather than anything on your side. The only ones who can actually fix the entitlement (or refund) are GitHub Support, so the fastest path is usually:

Copilot Pro+ charged via Google Play, reverted to Pro (300 minutes) – anyone experienced this?
What happened:
So currently:
Has anyone experienced a similar Pro+ → Pro downgrade after successful Google Play payment?
Did support restore Pro+ manually, refund, or require escalation?
Any advice on the fastest way to resolve this would be really appreciated.
