I have pay copilot pro+ through Google play but GitHub doesn't see it!

Copilot Pro+ charged via Google Play, reverted to Pro (300 minutes) – anyone experienced this?

What happened:

• I attempted to upgrade to Copilot Pro+.
• Pro+ was temporarily active on my account (1500 premium requests).
• I used around 600 premium requests while Pro+ was active.
• Then I received a message saying: “We had a problem billing your card”.
• I completed the payment successfully via Google Play through the GitHub mobile app.
• Google Play charged me and confirmed the payment.
• The GitHub app showed “payment successful, but there was a problem with the service”.
• Now my account is reverted back to Copilot Pro with only 300 premium requests.
• Copilot was not working during part of this time, and support has not replied yet.

So currently:

• Payment was taken
• Pro+ usage clearly existed
• Account is now downgraded to Pro (300)
• No resolution from support so far

Has anyone experienced a similar Pro+ → Pro downgrade after successful Google Play payment?
Did support restore Pro+ manually, refund, or require escalation?

Any advice on the fastest way to resolve this would be really appreciated.

Sorry this happened, that sounds really frustrating, especially after already using part of the Pro+ quota. From the symptoms it looks like a sync/billing error between Google Play and GitHub rather than anything on your side. The only ones who can actually fix the entitlement (or refund) are GitHub Support, so the fastest path is usually:

• Open a ticket at https://support.github.com/ with the Google Play receipt, your GitHub username, and a short timeline of what you described here.
• If you already opened a ticket, reply to that same case with the receipt and mark it as a billing issue so it’s routed correctly.
  In similar subscription issues, support has either manually restored the higher tier or processed a refund, but it does require their intervention, so it may just be a matter of waiting for the billing team to get to your ticket.

Thank you, I have already open the ticket few days ago but it seams it will take some time, I have open one more ticket 25 days ago but I dont get the answer from support. In first place I tried to pay directly on Github but last payments had some issue and wasnt succesful so I have try through Github app and payment have went ok but then the other problem came out. I can see Im not the only one with this problem, some other people reported the same. Problem is that I work on project and now Im slow down because of this issue.
