I recently created a Pro account on January 9, 2026, and while testing the functionality, I added four team accounts to understand the process.

However, I did not accept the invitations from those added accounts.

Within 24 hours, I deleted the organization as I could not find an option in the application to remove the pending invitations.

This was my first experience using GitHub Copilot, and I am very pleased with its functionality. I am happy to continue as a paying customer at $10 per month and look forward to using your services long-term.

However, I noticed an additional charge of $16 for services that were not utilized. I kindly request you to review this case and waive the unused amount after verifying the account activity.

Please consider canceling the related invoice if no service usage is found.
