When I use Microsoft IME to input Chinese into the top right "search input" , the first character will be typed onto the input box lead to the IME lose this character and cannot work properly.
This could be further explained in the gif below. The first input get "g-ithub" which is wrong. The second input get "github" which is correct and the IME suggests "GitHub" properly.

I reckon that it probably appears to every non-English user who use IME.
I find out this bug only occurs in https://docs.github.com/en, while the main page https://github.com does not.
