Could we get the ability to hide annotations?

The inline lint annotations are really cool, but if there's a lot of them, they can get in the way when I'm using GitHub to see all the changes in my PR in one place (I do this pretty often; I much prefer it to diffing on the terminal). Would the team consider adding a toggle to (temporarily) switch the annotations off, so that I can read my diff more easily?

We can hide annotations for a file by opening the top-right menu and unchecking "show annotations". But if there are lots of files, we have to manually do this for every file and it gets very annoying.

Can we get something in the UI, like a button (or global menu entry, user pref, etc.) ? That will be more easy to find than a keypress.
