Add the ability to remove `logger.info` "Rasterizing image for faster rendering."

remove [logger.info](http://logger.info/)("Rasterizing image for faster rendering.") in utils (or at least give a verbose argument that is False by default)

I already implemented this in #524, just needs to be merged :)
