If I did this page again, I would leave off the black I tried in the background under the lace and the drywall tape. This page is different than what I usually do.

I saw a video on YouTube, on My Hearty Art page, it was pretty much this page. Not only do I like the page, it is totally different than my own style of art journaling. I decided to give this a try. I really like how it turned out and I enjoyed the process.

Another day, another page. I'm trying to get caught up on the prompts.

I think I should have used white for the background on her page, but oh well.

This is the first art journal page I've done in months.

I used gelatos smeared with a wet paint brush for the background. Using a stencil I wiped off paint using a baby wipe. Then I used some yellow heavy body acrylic paint to pain in the leaves.

The birds are a stencil that I used with cobalt archival ink. The person is a stamp I did with the same ink.

I printed the poem on my printer then I lightly colored it with the same ink. After gluing it down I sprayed some glimmer mist on top.
