Blueberry picking in Winter.(Freebies).

It’s a simple gift but because it’s from Blueberry you know it’s not that simple.

I know that the old gifts are still out, you don’t even need to join the group as they’re free for all to buy for 0Lds, but because the whole place was PACKED to the rafters with people grabbing everything they could I just cammed in and snagged this new gift.  As with all the other gifts a superb textured top with a massive Hud.  As said all the old gifts are out and if you haven’t gotten them yet this is the time to grab.

There is also a House which many will have seen or read about as to get such a quality building as a gift doesn’t happen often.  You get 3 versions, a dome, land and just the house on its own.  It is primmy esp if you rezz the whole snowy domed version and although editable it loses a lot if you try to edit the prims down.  Can’t remember how many prims in total, but I know the house on its own was about 177prims.  But if you’re just the occasional renter and don’t like to spend too much then renting a plot of land with 500Prims and you can rezz this stunning winter house/setting and still have some prims over to decorate.

A Quickie & only a mention of freebies.

NO FREEBIES in this picture, sorry.

I got a New Mina, Woo Hoo.  I swear the day I stop blogging Mina’s hairs is the day when I put one on I don’t go “Ooo” and I “Ooo’d” when I put Alexis (I think that’s how the name is spelled because I got completely sidetracked when over at Mina’s sim).

I got sidetracked because when I went inside the main shop to get the LM I finally found the Group Gifts that Mina has out for us.  There is actually an upstairs at Mina’s and although there is a discount section up there it’s not a place to dump old stuff because the stuff upstairs is as good as the stuff downstairs is and the men’s hair is up there as well but I’m a lazy toad and I often just stand n cam but this time I decided to trot upstairs using the stairs and there they are!

A total of 9 hairs and trust me it doesn’t matter what sex your AV is a lot of Mina’s hairs look amazing on both male and female AVs so men grab the women’s hair and ladies grab the men’s hair….did that come out a bit rude sounding lol.  I wondered where these group gifts were hidden but because like most people I’d just assumed they were behind or on the reception desk and they’re not.  No demos but these are total shop quality and 5 of them are my “go to” hairs and that doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with the other ones at all.

The group isn’t free and last time I checked it was 250Lds to join and I don’t think that’s changed.  You not only get 8 totally wearable and top quality Mina hairs you also get a discount on future purchases, 10% I believe.  TBH I often join paid for groups to grab the gift because if you look at what you’re getting then you still score yourself an amazing bargain.

So TP over to Mina’s to try the demo of Alexia first before you go to the FaMESHed event then just go to the right of the board with all the New hairs which are only at events at the moment and there is where you will find the hair…damnit stop rhyming!

Crashing through the snow!(His “n” Her Freebie).

Nope, you will never ever see me doing this!  I can barely stand up on the thinnest of frosts so the idea of “Dashing through the snow” makes me cringe.

I’ve deliberately cut my feet off because you will spot that I’m wearing sneakers/trainers because believe it or not I don’t have boots to go with this outfit, on my shopping list now lol.  You get only 2 fits but that’s a “his ‘n’ hers” fit and a really decent colour Hud, everything from black to white and combos.

Oooo again I’m glad I popped back to LM grab as I think this outfit is free for all but there is a pair of gloves right next to it and if you join the I-Mesh group they’re yours.  I didn’t grab them as my group slots are full but I will clear a space and pop back to get the gloves.

PS I promise in my next picture my nose and antlers will be gone.

I’m FREEEE!(Lots of FREEBIES).

Woo Hoo the whole sim is mine now!!! So I can streak around, rezz whatever I want, leave my pose balls, toys and clutter everywhere eating all the prims up Woo Hoo….OH Wait I already do all that!

For a Christmas, pressie Faith came up with a great idea a couple of years ago and because of her Gacha Addiction she has so much she doesn’t want or need so she pops in a box all the sort of Gacha wins she knows I would have loved to win so I got my Chrimbo pressie last night off her and weirdly it’s just as much fun to get Gacha wins sent to me as it is paying and winning them.

OK Now for the FREEBIES and there are so many I’ve given up unpacking them.  I wasn’t going to do the “Paying it forward” thing because I thought you had to TP from one shop to another and I “ain’t got no time for that” but silly me because the gifts are set out on the stalls at the “Paying it forward” event.  So I ran around grabbing away only to pause to make sure I filed all of them into a folder so I can find them again.

The cute nose and antlers (male version inc), the lovely knitted jumper and matching panties, the sofa with video game poses are just a small example.

This cape is a good example of the quality you get.  As always lots of little bits ie jewelry, scarves etc but what I’ve opened so far I can see this is keepers for people who wear those sorts of things.  It’s gonna hurt to trash them but since I rarely wear accessories it’s no good keeping them but I also spotted clothing and home decor in an equal amount so there is deffo something for everyone.

Just a reminder that no matter how good a piece of clothing looks TRY the demo first! I was just about to click and buy something but at the last moment I thought nope get the demo and I’m glad I did as it didn’t have a fit for my shape.

I’ve taken the pictures of the Freebies in the Theory shop rather than grab em, run home, rezz and snap because I want to continue looking in this shop.

This Eggnog punch bowl doesn’t give you a cup of yummy egg nog when you touch it, which is a shame,  but is not only just 3 prims and editable but so shiny it looks very metallic and is a lovely item to pop on a table or sideboard.

I decided I was going to have a proper saunter around this shop and spotted, cos I click on almost everything, that near to the Punchbowl is this “Trencher” which is an old dough mixing trough.  It also is FREE which means I now have to walk through the whole shop and click on everything else to see if there are some other hidden freebies.

Actually once I’ve had a good look inside I might check out the shopping sim it’s on because it looks pretty interesting.

PS I’m kidding about the “Yummie Egg Nog” because I’m British and we don’t drink it.

Crash, bang, wallop, *****!!!(Cheapies).

“Crash, bang, wallop, *****”, is the sound my Christmas tree made when it crashed down and the “*****” is the sound my OH made when it landed on him!  This is the second time it’s done it and if it does it one more time I’m getting out the Duct tape and taping the bugger to the wall!

I’m still fiddling away in my SL house and I’d just thrown some really nice scrunched up rugs on the floor when I decided to pop over to the shop I got them from to sniff out any freebies or in this case cheapies.

I would have sworn I already had these but I can’t find them in my invent, no surprise there.  Super, 2 prims each and only ??? I forgot the prices of the things I picked up but nothing was more than 10Lds and in the Myth shop they’re clearly priced so you can check before you buy.  I was going to put these on my staircase but they’re non-editable which is totally fine.

A pot with a “Trow” over it.  Not making fun of the typo because I make enough of them myself.  So it is what it is and pretty nice at that.  I took my pictures in my sim setting.

A quirky messy chest of drawers, it’s not really to my taste but again so cheap I just grabbed it to show you.  Perfect for a Kawaii lover or a child’s room.

Last one.  Look at the sticky plaster on the teapot!  Although this doesn’t suit the furniture in my garden room this oversized tray/teapot etc reminds me of children’s tea party or a Mad Hatters themed setting.

Sorry about the lack of prices but again everything was under 10Lds and there a lot more than what I’m showing you on the wall behind the reception desk so make sure to check the shop out even if what I’ve shown you isn’t of interest.  Once you’ve filled your invent with the cheapies make sure to check out both floors of this shop and definitely outside.  So many tempting things for your home and garden and not badly priced at all….I had to scurry home quickly before I caved in.
