Miss Ishani’s annual hunt, the “Bats in the Belfry” is starting on October 10th. This year there are a LOT of locations participating, which is exciting. You can obtain the full list at my main store locations.

For the hunt I made a multitude of gifts. The first are a set of new necklaces, which can be worn any time of the year.

I also created a special one themed to “The Nightmare Before Christmas”.

I also created a set of “Magical Modernum Conicum” hats which match well with my releases from last month’s “Renaissance Hunt”.

I am very excited with all of these new gifts.  The hunt begins Sunday, October 11th, but please make sure to come by my stores and see my special Halloween discount display for pre-released items as well!

Beginning September 5th the new Historical Hunts’ latest Renaissance Hunt will begin.  This year’s theme is “Witches, Wise Women & Wizards”.  For the theme I decided to concentrate not on the traditional idea of the Renaissance various periods of time across different countries in the Middle Ages but instead looked at the modern Technological Renaissance we are still living in mixed with a little bit of “Discworld” fantasy.

The texture for each of these releases is based on a Motherboard design.  The large avatar versions come with faint gold stitchings of actual historical magical symbols, overlaid with magical circles to give it an extra feel of esoteric designs, while the ToddleeDoo design uses a digital construction of a rain tree design (a symbol of all the universe in unity through the World Tree) that adds the same golden discs imprinted around the belt.

I have spent most of the past two days working on a design for the Renaissance Hunt sponsored by Historical Hunts.  This year’s theme is “Witches, Wisewomen, and Wizards!”  Below is a preview of the blue version of the unisex Modern Magician Robe that I have spent the past two days working on.

The design includes mystical emblems on the front, back as well as each sleeve imprinted on a computer motherboard design.  Around the neck is circles of gold on a background representing the mirroring the synchronicity of the sky and sea.

8/11/2020 Update:

Here is a preview of the women’s version in ice:

It comes with the same symbols down the sides of the dress as the unisex version, with the golden spirals moved to to accent the sleeves rather than the neck.

Lastly is the ToddleeDoo version.  It has the little gold circles on the the belt, and replaces the magical symbols with a digital tree to match the texture of the dress, representing the growth into the future of our little babies.

The Renaissance Hunt begins September 5th, and ends September 27th.

The WORLDWIDE TOURIST HUNT, sponsored by Harambee Hunts, begins on August 5th, and will continue until September 5th.  This hunt has two paths to follow:  The first is a 3 lindens each prize path, while the other is a 25 lindens for each prize path.  You can find more information about the hunt by visiting this link:

My gifts for the hunt are each a Japanese theme.  The first gift, which will be a 25 linden item, is a remake of the free gift I made for the Willow Scouts to give away at the Second Life Birthday.

This set has been updated with new textures for the cushions, an additional Kneeling animation (which is more common in Japan than the reclining or cross-legged sitting of the original for the Middle East), as well as various accessories as you can see in the picture above.

The other gifts are a set of mesh Kimonos which will be in the 3 lindens hunt path.  These are a more modern style of drawn characters, which I have used to create a stunning set for the family I have named “Achieving Peace”.

Please also watch for the newest Renaissance Hunt from Historical Hunts, which begins on September 5th and ends on September 27th.  This will be a free hunt, and I will make updates on my gift for that hunt later for everyone to enjoy.

On February 21st the “Garden of Hope” Relay for Life event will open.  To help raise money for the event I made a special dress and drape set for women that comes in various mesh sizes for different avatar types, plus a single fit mesh size for non-mesh avatars.  The set, which is made in celebration of my gran who survived cancer in real life, is called “Diana’s Endurance”.

I have also made a set of new releases.  The Lily Print dresses come in the same style and sizes in colors of blue, green, red, purple and orange for all women to enjoy:

Instead of my normal Tuesday all of these sets will be released on Friday, February 21st, to coincide with the opening of the “Garden of Hope” event.  Please join my subscriber to receive all the updated information, including the location, next week.

I have made two special Winter Dress releases for the New Year.  The first is an auction purple version for the Relay for Life, which will begin Friday, January 3rd, at 10 am in the City of Esalinus.  (Warning:  This is an Adult zone, though the market has a multitude of items for all avatar and age types!)  The versions from the auction will be TRANSFER only so it may be won and given as gifts, but there will be a special Relay for Life board at my stores after the action is completed with copy versions (pictured below) for you to buy as a special donation.

The other set is a green which is my latest new release for half off for this week.  This is the final of the full five sets (with gold, red and blue being available in the “Twelve Days of Giving!”, which is sponsored by Jinxed Toys & Magic!).

Please also do not forget that tomorrow the Young Dreamers’ Dance Troupe will be performing this year’s seasonal performance “Winter Wonderland” in Antiquity on Friday, January 3rd.  The performance begins at 5 pm SLT.  There will be additional performances on January 10th in the Musical Note Mall (which will collect donations in support of the Relay for Life) and January 17th in the TradeWinds community (which will collect donations in support of the Toys for Tots), both of which will also be at 5 pm SLT.

For anyone who is curious the “Twelve Days of Christmas” are the days which begin with Jesus’s birth on December 25th and end with Epiphany on January 6th, which is the traditional date arrival of the Magi with their gifts for the Christ Child.

I created a new Gacha for the Frisky Friday’s Gacha Garden.  It is a set of faux fur edged capes.  There are five styles of patterns with two different types of fur.  Four of them are rare items, and the other six are common.  The gacha comes with demos you can try, has a different pay box for each size (please try the demos first!), and a free version of the dress in the picture (which I created for Winter of last year).

The Gacha Garden will open on November 28th, 2019.

I made adult Halloween costumes for women and men.  The costumes are based on the classes on “Krypton”.  Each set comes in a different color and has its own badge.  I made two specially as free gifts at one of my outlets stores in Esalinus Market.
