Our partnership with Cornovii Homes in Shropshire is a clear example of how local investment can directly support local people. By creating a new path to homeownership through our rent to own programme, we’re helping residents build stability while backing those who make the community run every day. The impact is already visible. 50% of the households that have joined the programme include someone working in the local NHS, demonstrating how targeted investment can strengthen the foundations of the community itself. We’re excited to announce our newest partnership between Kettel Homes and Cornovii Homes, to deliver Kettel’s rent to own programme at the Charles View development. Charles View is a beautifully designed development with all-electric, energy efficient homes, attractively located in the popular town of Shrewsbury. Focused on supporting first-time buyers in the squeezed middle, the programme will enable local households who have yet to save their deposit to live in the home they want to own while they build up their savings with confidence. With first homes ready from August 2025, this marks the beginning of a scalable delivery model that supports regional growth ambitions while addressing deposit savings challenges in a commercially sustainable way.
