Beyond his leadership credentials, Tim is a dedicated mentor who continues to guide and support many logistics professionals in their careers. His passion for developing talent and his strategic insight are a perfect fit with our mission at High Road Partners. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Transportation from the University of Arkansas and is a proud Razorback fan. He and his wife, Dee, live just outside Little Rock, Arkansas. We are pleased to announce that Jeff Scadden has joined the High Road Partners team. Jeff is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in freight brokerage (3PL) and supply chain management. He has led high-performing teams and built strong relationships with shippers as well as carrier partners. His track record includes multiple awards for driving revenue growth and profitability. With expertise across flatbed, van, refrigerated, intermodal, hazmat, LTL, and heavy haul/specialized freight, Jeff excels at identifying and developing top logistics talent. Passionate about mentorship and career development, he has served on a university supply chain advisory board and consulted for numerous transportation-focused companies, including a tech startup. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, where he was an NCAA Division I swim team captain. He and his wife, Cara, live outside Madison, Wisconsin. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, history, sports, fitness, and cooking. ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE from Bob Alberson I am pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2025, I will be stepping down from my position as Principal and General Manager of High Road Partners, Inc. I have sold my share of the business to Scott Sikora. Scott has been a successful executive recruiter and will now become Principal and Director in partnership with Neal Click. Neal will continue as Principal and Managing Director. I have agreed to stay on in an advisory capacity for the remainder of this year. It has been my great pleasure for the past 30 years to serve the Transportation and Logistics Industries.
