Product Manager

Title:  Product Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 18+ months
Compensation: $65.00 - 70.00/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.


Product Manager

• Translate guest needs and business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams, and participate in technical and design discussions.
• Responsible for understanding and executing the digital product updates for digital product experience(s) for Guest or Cast.
• Translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and other product documentation including acceptance criteria.
• Assist with feature development by maintaining the prioritized backlog, attending daily scrums to clarify requirements and remove roadblocks

Basic Qualifications:

• Support the lead product manager in writing user stories, detailed business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Participation with tech and creative teams to clarify requirements and priority.
• Involved in testing, UAT and writing bug stories.

Top Skills (Required, Preferred and Nice to Have):

• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Effective collaboration skills working across multiple teams with a commitment to high quality and on-time delivery
• Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced online organization
• Ability to work in a team environment but also be able to independently and be proactive.
• Experience working with Jira, and processes that support go-to-market delivery and triage of content, data configuration, and service integration.
• Comfortable working with bi-coastal and international teams
• 1 - 2 years experience in writing detailed User stories as a digital product management/business analyst (website/mobile)

Required Education:

• Bachelor's or 15 years Equivalent Work Experience
