Videos of Mosul (including those shot with a UAV), demonstrate how difficult even the regular Iraqi army, with training and equipment from the US, to resist the attacks of the suicide bombers in the car, which is used as a tactical tool on the battlefield to destroy manpower and equipment of the enemy.
